Our Daily Prayer for Tuesday - Bernardo Cruz

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging."

Psalm 46:1-3 NIV

"Comfort in New Beginnings"

Thank you Heavenly Father, for bringing us through another year and allowing us to enter into a brand New Year. Thank you for being my refuge and strength. Help us to not live in fear with what's happening in this world today, but remind us of your ever present help in trouble.

I'm so grateful that you have kept us in the palm of your hand in the mist of the pandemic. You have been my rock and deliverer and strength through it all. Help us to trust you more to depend on your word and to be able to "cast our burdens upon You" and Know that You will sustain us and keep us safe. For your words says, "come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and He will give you rest."

As I look toward the New Year I pray we will find comfort in You and that our faith can be strengthened and our joy may be complete in You. Let us trust in You with all we have, knowing that the suffering we endure will produce perseverance; perseverance will produce character; and character will produce hope.

Let us walk by faith through this next year trusting and believing in the power of the Holy Spirits leading. I pray doors of opportunity open to us this year. I pray the virus can be eliminated. I pray people who don't have a relationship with you come to know you an a personal way. I pray lives be changed for the better. I thank you for the undeserved blessing you give me everyday. In Jesus Name.

Amen

“Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for in perfect faithfulness
you have done wonderful things,
things planned long ago.”

Isaiah 25:1 NIV

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Millie Rodriguez

Holy and Righteous Father, I come into your presence giving you all the glory, honor and praise. Lord you are my God and I thank you for your faithfulness. You take care of me, my family and all the people I love; great is your loving kindness.
Father, I come to you with my heart heavy for all the people struggling through this pandemic. I keep getting notices of more and more sick with this Covid. Father, I plead the blood over each afflicted with this disease. I rebuke it at its roots and I send it back to the pit from which it came. Father, raise each up from their bed of affliction and breathe life into each; open up their airways and strengthen their lungs. The bible says that you sent your word to heal our disease, so speak healing right now.

Father, I praise you and thank you for hearing my prayers. You are truly faithful; my trust is in you and you alone. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.

Amen

“Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe,”

Hebrews 12:28 (ESV)

Scripture & Prayer submitted by: Millie McFarland

Sovereign God, I humbly come before your throne room in total adoration to you. You are God over all and You are Holy. Father, thank you for making us joint heirs with Christ and for giving us a kingdom that can not be shaken.

Father, too often we come before you just wanting, asking and even complaining; not giving you the reverence that you so deserve. Forgive us Father; for our disregard and even disrespect. Teach us to be humble and to come to you with a heart of worship. Remind us of where you have brought us from; let us never forget the sacrifice of Jesus dying for our sins and His triumphant resurrection. For it is through Jesus that we have salvation and an advocate with You.

Father, we worship You for who you are; for You are God and you reign supreme over all. Thank you for your Love, for your provision, for taking care of us and thank you for the gift of life. Father, you have been there for us even when we don't deserve it. Your grace and mercy has brought us through so many trails and tribulations; again I thank you. Father, you have healed us from so many diseases; for you are Jehovah Rapha our Healer; again I thank you. Father, I thank you for never giving up on me and for saving me from all the darts the enemy has tried to attack me with. The word says, "no weapon formed against you shall prosper"; You have proven that, for I have seen your word in action. Thank you for your protection and for fighting my battles.

Father, I lay this prayer at your feet in reverence and adoration. I thank you Father, for who you are and I praise you. Thank you for hearing our hearts cry and our worship to you. In Jesus Mighty name we pray.

Amen

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

John 14:27

Our God who is above all things. Without You Lord we are nothing. You are our Savior, our Redeemer, our Healer, our Deliverer. We exalt & magnify you Father.

Father we thank you for all you have done for us. We thank you because it is you who wakes us up every morning. It is You who guides our every footstep. It is You who protects us from dangers seen and unseen.

So many things are happening in these days Father. People are distracted by the circumstances in their lives. It could be illnesses, fear, anxiety and so many other things. So many times Father people are turning to the world for help and peace. Your word says You leave your peace with us. Thank you for your peace Father. Your peace is eternal and the world’s peace is temporal.

So, Father when situations come into our lives, let us not worry or be distracted. Let us not take our focus off you. Remind us Father that the peace of God which passes all understanding, shall keep our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

In the Matchless Name of Jesus we pray

“Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

Psalms 51:10

Eternal Father, you are God over all. You are my strength and my life; in you I trust. I turn my life to you. Father, create in me a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Lord, I give you my life, I give you my soul. I realize without you I am an empty vessel with no purpose.

Lord, today I thank you for all the love and blessings you have given me; my life, my husband, my family, my friends, my church family and for my provision. I lovingly ask you to watch and keep all of them as they face life struggles. Guide each of them and draw them closer to you.

Father, I call on you right now; it is through your power that we were created. You know us, you know every hair on our head. You know our rising up and our laying down: we live under your power.  So, we submit to your will in our lives. Father, have your way in us, as we live for you.

Heavenly Father we cast all our doubts, anxieties, fear, restlessness, and insecurities out; they have no place in our lives. We replace it with your faith, peace, boldness, sweet rest and confidence in you. Lord, in you we have newness of life and we walk in our salvation. We speak life into all the dead places and we command all of the dry bones to come alive.

Father, we lift up our nation to you; heal this withering land. Lord, give our leaders wisdom and guidance; let it be your agenda and not theirs. Raise up a standard that this country live and abide in you. We pray that people repent and turn their life to you.

Father, I lift every sick person to you; send healing virtues to every hospital and throughout this land. The word says by your stripes we are healed; so, we declare healing over each. Father, I lift up all those struggling financially; open up the windows of heaven and bless them. Father, you are provision and you never forsake us; I turn them over to you.

Gracious Father, I lift your name on high and I thank you for all you do. You are awesome and mighty. You are Alfa and Omega, Jehovah Jireh, El Shadai, El Roi, Prince of Peace and so much more; I worship you. Thank you for hearing our prayers. In Jesus Mighty name we Pray. Amen
