Our minds must be disciplined to really listen to God's Word.

Then we must do the more difficult thing-----

act on what we've finally heard.

Seeking God's kingdom begins by entering into a relationship

with our heavenly Father through Jesus.

Jesus Christ is our savior.

Honor Him as Lord in your daily life.

Focus on God's priorities.

He wants us to live for today.

His Presence enables us to live in the present.

Only love causes the Christian to look and act

and even feel different from the non - Christian.

It is the greatest of all virtues.

Don't start your day without putting on love.

Jesus is our ideal.

It really doesn't matter if we are better or worse than someone else.

We must let God work in and through us;

that we might wisely use the time He gives us;

to make a difference for Him.

Nuestra mente debe ser disciplinada para escuchar realmente la Palabra de Dios.

Luego debemos hacer lo más difícil:

actuar de acuerdo con lo que finalmente hemos escuchado.

La búsqueda del reino de Dios comienza al entablar una relación

con nuestro Padre celestial a través de Jesús.

Jesucristo es nuestro salvador.

Hónrenlo como Señor en su vida diaria.

Concéntrese en las prioridades de Dios.

Él quiere que vivamos para hoy.

Su presencia nos permite vivir en el presente.

Solo el amor hace que el cristiano se vea y actúe

e incluso se sienta diferente del no cristiano.

Es la mayor de todas las virtudes.

No comience su día sin revestirse de amor.

Jesús es nuestro ideal.

En realidad no importa si somos mejores o peores que los demás.

Debemos dejar que Dios obre en nosotros y a través de nosotros;

Señor y Padre bueno tu eres Dios todo Poderoso, Dios que todo lo ve y todo lo sabe. Tu que te acuerdas y conoces que somos polvo, te pido Padre bueno que impartas fortaleza en nuestras vidas, pero sobre todo gracia, la gracia que necesitamos en la espera. El tiempo de la espera puede ser difícil, frustrante, y doloroso te pedimos Señor que en este tiempo de espera e incertidumbre nos fortalezcas y abras nuestros ojos a aquellas cosas que tu deseas que aprendamos. Que podamos tener nuestros oídos prestos nuestros ojos espirituales abiertos para ver y escuchar lo que Tu nos muestras. Que podamos soltar aquellas cosas que debemos soltar y tomar el tiempo para ser llenos del Espíritu Santo.

Anhelamos mas de ti. Esperamos por ti.

Good Lord and Father, you are Almighty God, God who sees all and knows all. You who remember and know that we are dust, I ask you, good Father, to impart strength in our lives, but above all grace, the grace we need while waiting. The time of waiting can be difficult, frustrating, and painful, we ask you, Lord, that in this time of waiting and uncertainty you will strengthen us and open our eyes to those things that you want us to learn. May we have our ears ready our spiritual eyes open to see and hear what You show us. May we let go of those things we need to let go and take the time to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

We long for more of you. We wait for you.

Dear God of Heaven, Lord of all, I give you all of my worship. You gave it all for me and for all who will receive you. Jesus you gave yourself as a sacrifice for all of our sins and now we have salvation and eternal life.

Dear God, I pray that this holiday season brings to our remembrance the love and the sacrifice you gave for each of us. Let this season be about you. Help us show your love and compassion to all those that are suffering. Let us sacrifice our own wants and bless those in need.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, what we know about fatherhood comes from the word of God. Teach us one more time, that thy loving kindness is better than life. Give us a praise on our lips.

Thank you for your many blessings, and your compassion that fails not. Thank you for being a good, good father. I thank you for being a father to the fatherless, a mother to the motherless, and a friend to the friendless. I thank you Father that in Christ, we have all we need.

Father, we ask a special blessing this year, on those who are grieving the loss of a father. Dry our tears, and give us grace, to accomplish that which you've called us to do. In the mighty name of Christ Jesus we pray.

Almighty God, I thank you so much for my father who attempted to raise all of us to fear you and to praise your Holy name always. Both of my parents were quite diligent in requiring my sisters and I to read your word and pray daily to request divine guidance in our daily living. I did not follow my father’s rather stern demands and ultimately, I left my home.

My parents always prayed for me, and my father would sit me down even after I was grown to admonish and advise me to come back to you and the church. This tenuous relationship was maintained mostly by my mother, but my father would always support my mother in their quest to cajole me back to the church.

I think of my father much more as I get older, and hopefully, wiser. Again, thank you God for having my father train me up and continue to press me throughout our lives to go in the direction of my training. I know that someday we’ll meet up in heaven!

Dios todopoderoso, te agradezco mucho por mi padre que trató de criarnos a todos para temerte y alabar tu Santo nombre siempre. Mis padres fueron bastante diligentes al exigirnos a mis hermanas ya mí que leyéramos tu palabra y oráramos diariamente para solicitar la guía divina en nuestro diario vivir. No seguí las severas demandas de mi padre y, finalmente, abandoné mi hogar.

Mis padres siempre oraron por mí, y mi padre me sentaba incluso después de haber crecido para amonestarme y aconsejarme que volviera a usted ya la iglesia. Esta relación tenue fue mantenida principalmente por mi madre, pero mi padre siempre la apoyaba en su búsqueda para engatusarme para que volviera a la iglesia.

Pienso mucho más en mi padre a medida que envejezco y, con suerte, más sabio. De nuevo, gracias Dios por hacer que mi padre me entrenara y continuara presionándome a lo largo de nuestras vidas para ir en la dirección de mi entrenamiento. ¡Sé que algún día nos encontraremos en el cielo!
