Our Daily Prayer for Tuesday - Maria Melendez

“Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. Have I not commanded you? be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:7 & 9 NKJV

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Maria Melendez

"Encouragement"

Courage and strength. We have the promise of prosperity and a divine inheritance that can only come through communion with you. How encouraging is your Word!

We pray for guidance and direction right now. We humble ourselves before you. We trust in you wholeheartedly. Give us the strength and the courage to make the changes that we need to make in our lives, so that we can prosper even as our soul prospers.

As we come to you in prayer, we seek your face and ask you what it is that you want from us.That your will be done. Not our will. We pray for discernment, wisdom, and understanding in all things pertaining to you, Lord.

May we take advantage of those quiet moments in communion with you, so that we can know what the Spirit is saying to us. When we open our ears to hear what the Spirit is saying, we allow our hearts to be encouraged, thereby allowing the Holy Spirit to operate in us.

Thank You for Your Grace and Mercy now and forever more.

In Jesus' Name.

Amen

No nuestra voluntad.

Our Daily Prayer for Monday - Rev. Elsie Nixon

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:37-39 KJV

Scripture & Prayer submitted by: Rev. Elsie Nixon

Food for thought:

There are so many distressing things occupying our minds these days, the scripture reminds us that he will never leave us or forsake us.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, our most high God; we give you honor and praise in all that we do and say, you are worthy of it all. Father God, we put our trust in you as we go through these difficult days; we thank you for your grace and peace for keeping us through the valley and peaks of these unprecedented times.

I pray Father God, for healing in our land and for your people; as many are hurting in various ways. Give us the strength and the fortitude to be strong and to be a light in the darkness.

Father God, I pray that those that are called by your name will not be weary in well doing; help us to encourage each other as we also encourage ourselves in your word. Lord, many are sick; I pray for healing today, that they will be restored to health, I pray for financial blessings, I pray for peace in homes, and peace in families, Father God I pray for joy unspeakable.

Everlasting Father, I thank you that you are gracious and compassionate, we know that you are the source of all true joy in life and that you will hear and answer our prayers, so God we give you praise today for keeping us.

Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Be encouraged and stand fast in God’s word, as we will get through these difficult and tumultuous times. Our God is a strong tower and he will never fail us, his word is true.

These things I pray in Jesus name

Amen.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Mark 11:24 (NIV)

Scripture & Prayer submitted by: Millie McFarland

Holy Righteous Father, I come into your throne room with a heart of thanksgiving. I give you all of the honor, glory and praise. I thank you because I know that you hear my prayers and you care about me.

Father, I come to you on behalf of all those struggling financially during these uncertain times. You are Jehovah Jireh our provider; so I ask that you provide for each that is struggling. Open up the windows of heaven and pour out abundant blessings; that no one will be in lack. Open up doors for employment and give them favor that they may have the means to provide for their family.

Father, your word says you will provide according to your riches in glory. So, we are depending on you to provide. The word also says, "you have not seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging for bread." We are leaning and depending on your word. I lift up this prayer because the word says, "whatever we ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." So Father, I am believing your word and I thank you in advance on behalf of all those in need.

Father, I thank you for taking the time to hear our prayers. I worship you for your faithfulness. I praise you for who you are and for all you do. I thank you in faith; for answering this prayer. In Jesus Mighty name I pray.

Amen

Our Daily Prayer for Sunday - Cheryl'n Staggers

“As the rain and the snow

come down from heaven,
and do not return to it
without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish,
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”

Isaiah 55:10-11

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by Cheryl'n Staggers

Dear Holy, Majestic, Living God, Our Father, Abba, we thank You for Your peace, grace, mercy, and compassion as we continue to journey through this pandemic. We thank You as You give us wisdom and direction as places reopen.

We know that You are El Roi "The God Who Sees", Elohim Shama "The God Who Hears" and Jehovah Rapha "The Lord Who Heals".  We lean on and trust in You Father for completely restoring our land.

We give You praise and gratitude as You continue to uphold the people who are working, and those who are heading back to work. Cover them with Your shield of mercy and grace and give them Your joy that surpasses all understanding.

Father continue to heal the hearts of the those who've lost loved ones, and those that are waiting for a diagnosis from the doctor.  You are the God of the universe and there is nothing impossible for You.

Father God as we continue to acknowledge Your faithfulness, open our hearts unto You and continue to teach us that prayer moves the Hands that move the world. In Jesus name we pray.

Amen.

Our Daily Prayer for Friday - Rev. Cynthia Johnson

“And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace, who has called you to share in his eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, he will set you firmly in place and build you up.”

1 Peter 5:10 The Passion Translation

Scripture & Prayer for Friday submitted by: Rev. Cynthia Johnson

Father, we come to you today to praise, magnify and glorify You; for surely You are worthy of our praise. We thank You for loving us; Your love ushers in your grace which is sufficient for the day, and mercy made new each day.

We ask You, in Jesus name to forgive us our sins: You tell us in the Bible that if we come to you confessing our sins You are faithful to forgive us and just to cleanse from unrighteousness for Christ’s sake (1John1:9). So we come to you confessing our sins and thanking you for Your forgiveness. We thank you for your care towards us: You are Healer, Helper, Protector, Provider, Strength and Hope: Thank you, Lord.

You are All-knowing, so You know our needs before we even encounter them and You have supplied them according to your riches in glory, which does not run low or need to be measured out. So, we come to you Father, asking that you lift this virus that has blanketed the world with death, suffering and fear, remove it from us; send comfort to the families and people who have lost loved ones in this pandemic.

Give wisdom to all our leaders in their respective places; may a sense of unity grow in the land, for we are all your handiwork. Let the spirit of revival break out in the nation as You heal the land and restore your people. Keep us mindful of and compassionate towards the needs of others. You have made us voices in the wilderness; light in darkness; salt of the earth. You have called us to draw men to You through Christ. You have set us in place, You are building us up even now to perform the acts of the church. Move amongst us, Lord. Your way and Your will be done!

Thank You, Lord, for hearing this prayer. I believe You heard and Your answer is, “Yea and amen”. Strengthen our faith and patience and understanding as we look expectantly for Your mighty move or Your gentle touch as You move on our behalf. I ask these things for Jesus sake and Your glory in Jesus name. Amen.

“Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

Psalms 51:10

Eternal Father, you are God over all. You are my strength and my life; in you I trust. I turn my life to you. Father, create in me a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Lord, I give you my life, I give you my soul. I realize without you I am an empty vessel with no purpose.

Lord, today I thank you for all the love and blessings you have given me; my life, my husband, my family, my friends, my church family and for my provision. I lovingly ask you to watch and keep all of them as they face life struggles. Guide each of them and draw them closer to you.

Father, I call on you right now; it is through your power that we were created. You know us, you know every hair on our head. You know our rising up and our laying down: we live under your power.  So, we submit to your will in our lives. Father, have your way in us, as we live for you.

Heavenly Father we cast all our doubts, anxieties, fear, restlessness, and insecurities out; they have no place in our lives. We replace it with your faith, peace, boldness, sweet rest and confidence in you. Lord, in you we have newness of life and we walk in our salvation. We speak life into all the dead places and we command all of the dry bones to come alive.

Father, we lift up our nation to you; heal this withering land. Lord, give our leaders wisdom and guidance; let it be your agenda and not theirs. Raise up a standard that this country live and abide in you. We pray that people repent and turn their life to you.

Father, I lift every sick person to you; send healing virtues to every hospital and throughout this land. The word says by your stripes we are healed; so, we declare healing over each. Father, I lift up all those struggling financially; open up the windows of heaven and bless them. Father, you are provision and you never forsake us; I turn them over to you.

Gracious Father, I lift your name on high and I thank you for all you do. You are awesome and mighty. You are Alfa and Omega, Jehovah Jireh, El Shadai, El Roi, Prince of Peace and so much more; I worship you. Thank you for hearing our prayers. In Jesus Mighty name we Pray. Amen
