"Counselor"

Most Gracious and Merciful Lord in Heaven, Jesus, our Counselor, our teacher. Your teachings and your written word are our inspiration as we walk in communion with you. Your love and comfort is felt in our whole being during the worst of times.

Your soft whisper can be heard when we are in our quiet place. When we are sick and infirm, we feel your embrace. You give so much of You to us. We will grow with grace if we seek your counsel, read your word and seek your face.

Thank you for loving us in spite of ourselves. For forgiveness of all of our sins and for saving us from eternal fire. Bless us Lord. Lead and guide us in ways that are pleasing to you. You teach us, guide us and instruct us with grace and mercy that has no bounds. For that we are forever grateful.

Clemente y Misericordioso Señor del Cielo, Jesús, nuestro Consejero, nuestro maestro. Tus enseñanzas y tu palabra escrita son nuestra inspiración mientras caminamos en comunión contigo. Tu amor y consuelo se siente en todo nuestro ser durante los peores momentos.

Tu suave susurro se puede escuchar cuando estamos en nuestro lugar tranquilo. Cuando estamos enfermos y enfermos, sentimos tu abrazo. Nos das mucho de ti. Creceremos con gracia si buscamos tu consejo, leemos tu palabra y buscamos tu rostro.

Gracias por amarnos a pesar de nosotros mismos. Por el perdón de todos nuestros pecados y por salvarnos del fuego eterno. Bendícenos Señor. Condúcenos y guíanos de manera que te agraden. "Encouragement"

Heavenly Father, I come into your presence with a heart of thanksgiving and praise. I give you all the glory, honor and praise. I thank you for your faithfulness and for your mercy.

Father, I thank you for inclining your ear to me when I call upon You. You hear my prayers and you answer them in your perfect timing. There is nothing to big or impossible for you. You care about everything concerning me, You know every hair on my head and every thought that comes across my mind. Nothing surprises you because you know me better than I know myself. So I cast it all to you and I ask if I have said or done anything to offend You, please forgive me. Wipe the slate clean and let me start fresh in my walk with you.

Father, keep me focused on You and teach me to be sensitive to the needs of those around me. Keep me grounded in Your word and keep my mind stayed on You. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.

Padre, te agradezco por inclinar tu oído hacia mí cuando te invoco. Escuchas mis oraciones y las respondes en tu tiempo perfecto. No hay nada demasiado grande o imposible para ti. Te preocupas por todo lo que me concierne, conoces cada cabello de mi cabeza y cada pensamiento que pasa por mi mente. Nada te sorprende porque me conoces mejor que yo mismo. Almighty God, I believe in you and I believe in your Son Jesus Christ who died and resurrected for our sins. I thank you for being my Lord and Savior and rescuing me from sin and grave.

Lord, I lift my heart and eyes to you as I think about the love you have for me. I thank you for that love that is so undeserved yet you gave it to prove your love for us. I ask that you give me that same love, so that I may love my neighbors, all those around me and even my enemies. Teach me to pray for them and to show your agape love in everything I do. Lord, remind us to look to you and your word to guide us in our daily living.

Lord God, you are our living hope, and I lift my prayers to you and I ask that you sustain us, keep us and work within us daily. I cling to you and I will hold on tight that I may be under your wings of grace, mercy and protection. I take comfort in your promise that you will never leave me or forsake me.

Comfort and encourage every person that may be going through some type of struggle. Point them to the redemptive power of the cross and the blood that Jesus shed. Where all of their sins can be washed white as snow. Where they can bury their old life and walk in their newness of life. No more facing troubles and hardships alone, but with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Lord God, there is no greater comfort than You! In your name I ask all of these things.

Dios todopoderoso, creo en ti y creo en tu Hijo Jesucristo que murió y resucitó por nuestros pecados. Te agradezco por ser mi Señor y Salvador y rescatarme del pecado y de la tumba.

Señor, levanto mi corazón y mis ojos hacia ti mientras pienso en el amor que me tienes. Te agradezco por ese amor que es tan inmerecido y sin embargo lo diste para demostrar tu amor por nosotros. Te pido que me des ese mismo amor, para que pueda amar a mi prójimo, a todos los que me rodean e incluso a mis enemigos. Enséñame a orar por ellos ya mostrar tu amor ágape en todo lo que hago. Señor, recuérdanos mirarte a ti y a tu palabra para guiarnos en nuestro diario vivir.

Señor Dios, tú eres nuestra esperanza viva, y a ti elevo mis oraciones y te pido que nos sustentes, nos guardes y trabajes en nosotros diariamente. Me aferro a ti y me aferraré fuerte para estar bajo tus alas de gracia, misericordia y protección. Me consuela tu promesa de que nunca me dejarás ni me abandonarás.

Consolar y animar a toda persona que pueda estar pasando por algún tipo de lucha. Muéstrales el poder redentor de la cruz y la sangre que Jesús derramó. Donde todos sus pecados pueden lavarse como la nieve. Donde puedan enterrar su antigua vida y caminar en su novedad de vida. No más afrontando problemas y penalidades solos, sino con Jesucristo nuestro Señor y Salvador.

¡Señor Dios, no hay mayor consuelo que Tú! En tu nombre pido todas estas cosas.

Dear God, I thank you for your love that is unconditional. I also want to thank you for your grace that is free and undeserved. There is nothing that I have to do to get your grace; how awesome is that. You are great and full of glory. You are kind and good to me. I am thankful to see your goodness while I live on a day to day basis.

Your goodness is all around us. I see it in every new day and the brand new mercy you give each day. I see it in the birds that chirp, the sun that rises and in the moon in the night. I see it in every provision, whether it be the clothes we wear, the food we eat and the shelter while we sleep. Yes, your goodness is everywhere. How can I ever doubt YOU exist?? Never YOU are God over all and I see Your goodness in the air that I breathe and in my heartbeat. Thank you for letting me see your goodness in the land of the living!!

Querido Dios, te agradezco por tu amor que es incondicional. También quiero agradecerte por tu gracia que es gratuita e inmerecida. No hay nada que deba hacer para obtener tu gracia; que genial es eso Eres grande y lleno de gloria. Eres amable y bueno conmigo. Estoy agradecido de ver tu bondad mientras vivo día a día.

Tu bondad está a nuestro alrededor. Lo veo en cada nuevo día y la nueva misericordia que das cada día. Lo veo en los pájaros que cantan, el sol que sale y la luna en la noche. Lo veo en cada provisión, ya sea en la ropa que usamos, la comida que comemos y el refugio mientras dormimos. Sí, tu bondad está en todas partes. ¿Cómo puedo dudar de que USTED existe? Father God, I come into your presence with a contrite and humble heart asking for forgiveness of my sins if I have failed you without knowing. Thank you for all your provisions and blessings even when we don’t deserve them and for always being by our side, like the faithful Father that you are.

I ask you that the same way you chose me, and showed me you are always present in my life, and never failed me, that you demonstrate the same love to those that don’t know you. Show them that they also are not alone in their tribulations and that You would never fail them or forsake them. Your promise is still alive to all that accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and follow him faithfully. We will all be together with Him and the Father whom is on the throne.

Padre Dios, vengo a tu presencia con un corazón contrito y humilde pidiendo perdón por mis pecados si te he fallado sin saberlo. Gracias por todas tus provisiones y bendiciones aun cuando no las merecemos y por estar siempre a nuestro lado, como el Padre fiel que eres.

Te pido que de la misma manera que me elegiste y me demostraste que siempre estás presente en mi vida y nunca me fallaste, demuestres el mismo amor a aquellos que no te conocen. Muéstrales que ellos tampoco están solos en sus tribulaciones y que Tú nunca les fallarás ni los desampararás. Tu promesa sigue viva para todos los que aceptan a Jesús como su Señor y Salvador, y lo siguen fielmente. Todos estaremos juntos con Él y el Padre que está en el trono.

Food for thought:

It is easy to become discouraged and fearful when we are facing trials and tribulations. God is not naive, oblivious or unfeeling towards our afflictions, when He tells us not to fear or be troubled. It is because He is aware of our fear and helplessness that He tell us not to worry, because He alone will give us the strength we need to face life’s circumstances. He himself will be with us and uphold us. We need not to look to anyone or anything else but Him when we find ourselves scared, lonely downcast and troubled. Be encouraged that your God will help you in your time of need.

Prayer:

Father, I come to you in the precious name of Jesus, and I thank you that you never leave us helpless. You are our strength and our ever present help in times of trouble.

I pray for all those who have become discouraged, who may feel they are alone in their trouble and are weary from life. I pray that you strengthen them by your righteous right hand and that your Holy Spirit encourages their hearts today. I pray that as they look to you, that every fear that may be gripping their mind will leave, and you will replace it with thoughts of comfort and peace, and let them know you are with them and you will uphold them.

I ask Lord, that they feel your presence in a tangible way, even now to know that fear, dismay and discouragement is not their portion. You are their portion. Thank you for strengthening and encouraging your children who are weary in body, mind and heart today. In Jesus mighty name, Amen

Es fácil desanimarse y temer cuando enfrentamos pruebas y tribulaciones. Dios no es ingenuo, ajeno o insensible a nuestras aflicciones, cuando nos dice que no temamos ni nos turbemos. Es porque Él es consciente de nuestro miedo e impotencia que nos dice que no nos preocupemos, porque sólo Él nos dará la fuerza que necesitamos para enfrentar las circunstancias de la vida. Él mismo estará con nosotros y nos sostendrá. No necesitamos mirar a nadie ni a nada más que a Él cuando nos encontramos asustados, solos, abatidos y preocupados. Anímate que tu Dios te ayudará en tu tiempo de necesidad.

Oración:

Padre, vengo a ti en el precioso nombre de Jesús, y te agradezco que nunca nos dejes desamparados. Eres nuestra fuerza y nuestra ayuda siempre presente en tiempos de dificultad.

Oro por todos aquellos que se han desanimado, que pueden sentirse solos en sus problemas y cansados de la vida. Oro para que los fortalezcas con tu diestra justa y que tu Espíritu Santo aliente sus corazones hoy. Ruego que mientras te miren, que todo temor que pueda estar apoderándose de su mente desaparezca, y lo reemplaces con pensamientos de consuelo y paz, y les hagas saber que estás con ellos y que los sostendrás.
