Every single day I try my best to make each one extraordinary, whether its mundane or exhilarating, and I try to be the best version of myself I can be.
Through the pain, darkness and paralyzing fear I found light, that beacon came from a village of prayer warriors, family, and friends in the form of love, support & encouragement that has helped me navigate through the darkness and despair.
After my first round of chemotherapy. I developed a headache that didn’t seem to subside and noticed a lump in the side of my neck I reached out to my doctor and was seen at the office a day or two later. I was told immediately to head over to Yale’s Smilow main campus, to have some imaging done.
