Our Daily Prayer for Saturday - Rev. Millie Rodriguez

“Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward from heaven will be very great, and you will truly be acting as children of the Most High, for he is kind to those who are unthankful and wicked.”

Luke 6:35 NLT

"God's Love"

Heavenly Father, I give you all the glory, honor and praise. I thank you for Your unconditional love even when we don't deserve it. I thank You for Your word that is our guide on how we should live.

Father, I thank you for Your Son Jesus Christ which lived a life here on earth without spot or blemish. Lord Jesus, following Your example and command, we lift up our enemies today in prayer. I pray for all those that have wronged me and that don't wish me well. I know that it is a hard thing but in obedience I lift them up to you and it pray that You bless them. I pray salvation over them, and it speak Your unconditional love over them.

Father, I ask first that You would saturate our lives with the power of the Holy Spirit and give us the strength to overcome temptations. Send Your love to flow through us, and give us the strength to forgive those whom have wronged us. Father, take away anything that could hinder our prayers to You.

Father, take away any unforgiveness, remove thoughts of revenge, and all hateful emotions that can quench Your Spirit in our hearts. Father, replace it with Your love, Your hope, Your joy and Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, give us Your wisdom so we may be able to speak, bless, to love, and to pray for our enemies.

Father, I lay this prayer at Your throne room of grace. Give us the grace, mercy and love to pray for our enemies. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.

Amen

"¡Ama a tus enemigos!

“And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”

Mark 11:25 ESV

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Millie McFarland

Holy and Righteous Father, I give you all the glory, honor and praise. I thank you for being such a good and faithful Father. I thank you for your forgiveness and for never giving up on me.

Father, as we get closer to Father's Day I can't help but to think about all those that feel abandoned by their biological father. Those that were raised by just their mothers and those that didn't have any of their parents in their lives. I know that this is a hard time for them, so I pray that you reveal yourself to them and begin to help them heal from the hurt of not having their father/mother in their lives. I pray that they may forgive them so they may be free from that resentment. The word tells us to forgive as you have forgiven us.

Father, I pray that each be open to forgiveness, so they begin to heal and walk in freedom. I thank you father for hearing my hearts cry. Minister to each one reading this prayer and draw them close. I lay this prayer at you feet. In Jesus name I pray.

Amen

Our Daily Prayer for Wednesday - Jacklyn Cruz

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Galatians 2:20 NIV

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Jacklyn Cruz

Theme: “God’s Love”

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a grateful and thankful heart. Thank You Father God, for Your unconditional "love" for me. Thank You for "loving" me first. Thank You for showing me what real "love" means and looks like.

You have always been there for me; in good times and in bad times. You have always been there by my side. I thank You for watching over me, I thank You for Your guidance, Your protection, and I thank You for my salvation. The word says in Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”

Your "love" has never failed me in anyway, in spite of all of my shortcomings. Thank You Jesus, for being with me in my darkest times. In times where I found myself apart from You, depressed, lonely, sad, miserable, and not sure if I was going to make it another day. Forgive me Jesus, for not serving You the way I should have. Forgive me Jesus, for letting You down, and for doing things my way instead of Your way. Forgive me Jesus, for not following Your instructions, and forgive me Lord, for my sins.

Thank You Jesus, for wrapping Your "loving" arms around me and for never giving up on me. Lord, I want to be more like You. Lord, use me for Your glory; that I can let my light shine to others, that I can genuinely "love" others the way You have shown "Your love" for me despite of my flaws and imperfections. Thank You, for the peace and joy that You bring into my life, a peace and joy like no other.

I have learned throughout my past experiences to trust in You all the way no matter what comes my way. I have learned that You are in control of everything in my life; that I can’t lean on my own understanding because I am nothing without You, Lord. I can’t imagine my life without You. For You are my Abba Father, my rock, my Savior, Lord You are my everything. The word says in Jeremiah 31:3 “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.”

Lord, I just simply thank You for Your grace and Your mercy. Father God, I pray that Your Holy Spirit will teach me, that Your wisdom will guide me, and that "Your love" will move me. Fill me up, God. That I can fix my eyes on you, Lord. The Holy Spirit lives in me. I will declare the word in Joshua 24:15, “As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.”

In Jesus' name I pray.

Amen.

“Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Matthew 9:13 ESV

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Millie McFarland

Theme: "Mercy"

Father I come into your presence with a humble heart thanking you for your grace and "mercy". I give you all the glory, honor and praise due your Holy name. You have been so good and truly faithful.

Father, I thank you for your love, your forgiveness and the incredible "mercy" you have given me. I pray that the same love, forgiveness and "mercy" you have given me, will shine in the way I live and others may come to know you through my testimony. Teach us to love and show love to one another without being judgemental but instead show merciful love and compassion. Let the light of Christ shine through our actions so we may draw people into your presence.

Father, I pray that my life be a testimony of honor of your glory. I praise you and bring this prayer into your throne room of grace. In your "merciful" name Jesus I pray.

Amen

Our Daily Prayer for Saturday - Mother Cheryl'n Staggers

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a "new" thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”

Isaiah 43:18-19

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Mother Cheryl'n Staggers

Theme: New Beginnings: "Peace"

Dear Father God, in the name of our Lord Christ Jesus, I come before Your throne with a heart of thanksgiving, praise and worship.

Father God, in 2020 a sickness came that shut down the nations and racism rose up and brought division and violence among the people. However, as Your people did according to Your word, Your word rang true. “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

As we enter this "new" year, I thank You Father that You are God. “I Am, that I Am", the Sovereign God who will be our banner, protector, comforter, revivalist, and healer; as You strengthen us as a nation again. The Inauguration came and went, and there was no sign of violence. You were showing us, whether democrat or republican, we are all Your children and You have heard our prayers for "peace."

Let us remember that there will always be weapons forming against us, but they will not prosper as long as we continue to pray and declare Your will here on earth. We need to remember that there will be many times we are not satisfied with the outcome of situations but let us always be grateful. In Christ Jesus' name.

Amen.

“Who is a God like you,
who pardons sin and forgives the transgression
of the remnant of his inheritance?
You do not stay angry forever
but delight to show mercy.”

Micah 7:18 NIV

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Millie McFarland

Theme: "New Mercies"

Holy and Righteous Father, I thank you for loving me and for taking care of me. You are Sovereign, and yet you are a friend that sticks closer than a brother, and you are mindful of me. Great is your faithfulness and tender "mercies".

Father, I thank you for pardoning my sins and for taking me in when I was so lost in my sins. I pray Lord that you forgive every person reading this prayer and that you draw them close to you by your precious Holy Spirit. Father, I am praying that we as a nation repent and turn from our wicked ways. Father, I know you are grieved by humanity as there is so much evil going on and people are running a muck, but I know there is a remnant that is seeking your face and pleading for a repented heart from your people.

Father, show them that they have hope and " new mercies" in you. Lord, reveal yourself to them that they may confess YOU as Lord and Savior. Envelop them with your love that covers a multitude of sin and minister to each in a personal way. Meet them at the point of their need. Father, this world needs you more than ever before. Have "mercy" and revive us again O Lord. I pray that YOU turn us back to you.

Father, I lay this prayer at your throne room of grace. Father thank you hearing my prayer, for your tender "mercies" and for your eternal faithfulness. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.

Amen
