Almighty God,
We give You thanks and praise for our lives,
for Your abundant mercy and grace that we receive.
We thank You for Your faithfulness even in times
when we are not fully faithful to You.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You give us strength and peace
in our mind, body, spirit and soul.
We ask that You remove everything that is causing
grief, stress and sorrow in our lives.
Please guide us along our path in this life
and make our enemies be at peace with us.
Let Your peace reign in our families, workplaces
and everything on which we lay our hands.
Let Your angels of peace go ahead of us whenever we go out
and remain by our side when we return.
