Our Daily Prayer for Sunday - Wanda Moreno

“A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.11 Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.12 She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.13 She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands.14 She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar. 15 She gets up while it is still night; she provides food for her family and portions for her female servants. 16 She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.17 She sets about her work vigorously ;her arms are strong for her tasks.18 She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night.19 In her hand she holds the distaff and grasps the spindle with her fingers. 20. She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy. 21 When it snows, she has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet. 22 She makes coverings for her bed; she is clothed in fine linen and purple.23 Her husband is respected at the city gate, where he takes his seat among the elders of the land. 24 She makes linen garments and sells them, and supplies the merchants with sashes. 25 She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. 26 She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. 27 She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. 28 Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her :29 “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. 30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. 31 Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.”

Proverbs 31:10-31 NIV

"Encouragement"

Father, thank you for your love and mercy! Everything we do as women Lord we do for you and our families. We wear so many different hats during the day and night. Give us the strength, wisdom, and knowledge Lord to do your work. Direct our steps. As we go about our daily tasks. Use our lips and words to bring you honor and praise. Let our lives be a testament to your goodness and faithfulness. Lord, give us the ability to be a Proverbs 31 woman.

Purify our thoughts. Replace and remind us Lord of your will for our lives. Speak into our lives and lead us into the work that is ahead of us. Give us the vision and purpose to help others in need. Provide the resources and people needed to meet the needs of the Proverbs 31 woman.

We thank you for your love and your mercy, but especially for your grace. In Jesus name we pray.

Amen.

Our Daily Prayer for Tuesday - Develyn Gutierrez Bilingual Spanish/English

“Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.”

Psalms 46:10 NLT

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Develyn Gutierrez

Deeper meaning:

“Be still' means to stop striving, stop fighting, relax. It also means to “put your hands down.

Theme: "Be Encouraged and Be Still, and Know that He is God"

Dear Heavenly Father, I praise and worship you because you are a good, good father. I confess Lord, that one of the hardest things I find most difficult to do, is to be still in the midst of troubling times. I step in when I know I should step down and let You handle it. I thank you that during those times you've covered me and taught me to trust and rely more on you. Lord, give us wisdom and the ability to be still in the midst of our troubles.

May I remember always and put into practice what is written in 1 Corinthians 9:26-27, I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. I thank you Lord for your Words are living waters to our soul. Please teach us to trust you in all we do. Encourage those that are downcast, lift their spirits and remind them of your grace and mercy. You've done it in my life many times, I pray you do it for them.

In Jesus name I pray.

Amen

“¡Estad quietos y reconoced que yo soy Dios! Seré honrado por todas las naciones. Seré honrado en todo el mundo ".

Salmos 46:10 NTV

No solo estoy haciendo shadowboxing.
