"Trusting God; My Testimony"

I remember when my husband and I prayed to God for help because we lived check to check and had no money in case of an emergency. We would depend on toothpaste samples from the dentist until we got paid again. Napkins from McDonalds to use as paper towels. Despite everything, we still paid our tithes and offerings first.

God’s timing was always perfect! Our rent and bills were always paid in full and on time. We always had food on the table. A check would come in the mail for something that was owed to us. Family members would give us clothes for our daughter. Then he blessed us with our own house. We learned how to coupon and now we help others in need. I thank God that no matter what, He was always present and reminded us to forget what was going on around us. Focus on Him and He will and has supplied our every need. He is always on time!

Prayer:

Father God, I thank you for all that You are, all that You have done and for what is to come. Just like the Israelites that complained in the desert, we do the same. However just like You covered them in the heat, fed them when they were hungry, gave them water when they were thirsty, You do the same for us today.

We put our trust in you. There is none like you! I pray that if anyone reading this is going through a tough time, that they trust in you. Touch their hearts and give them peace and strength. Remind them that they are not alone, and you are the supplier of their every need. Father take over our needs and not our wants. I thank you in advance for your blessings.

"Confiando en Dios; Mi Testimonio"

Recuerdo cuando mi esposo y yo oramos a Dios por ayuda porque vivíamos de cheque en cheque y no teníamos dinero en caso de una emergencia. Dependeríamos de las muestras de pasta de dientes del dentista hasta que nos pagaran de nuevo. Servilletas de McDonalds para usar como toallas de papel. A pesar de todo, todavía pagábamos nuestros diezmos y ofrendas primero.

¡El tiempo de Dios siempre fue perfecto! Nuestro alquiler y nuestras facturas siempre se pagaron en su totalidad y a tiempo. Siempre teníamos comida en la mesa. Un cheque vendría por correo por algo que se nos debía. Los miembros de la familia nos daban ropa para nuestra hija. Luego nos bendijo con nuestra propia casa. Aprendimos a usar cupones y ahora ayudamos a otros que lo necesitan. Doy gracias a Dios que, pase lo que pase, Él siempre estuvo presente y nos recordó que olvidáramos lo que sucedía a nuestro alrededor. Concéntrese en Él y Él lo hará y ha suplido todas nuestras necesidades. ¡Él siempre está a tiempo!

Oración:

Padre Dios, te doy gracias por todo lo que eres, todo lo que has hecho y por lo que está por venir. Al igual que los israelitas que se quejaron en el desierto, nosotros hacemos lo mismo. Sin embargo, así como los cubriste en el calor, los alimentaste cuando tenían hambre, les diste agua cuando tenían sed, Tú haces lo mismo por nosotros hoy.

Ponemos nuestra confianza en ti. ¡No hay nadie como tú! Rezo para que si alguien que lee esto está pasando por un momento difícil, confíe en ti. Toca sus corazones y dales paz y fortaleza. Recuérdales que no están solos y que tú eres el proveedor de todas sus necesidades. Padre, hazte cargo de nuestras necesidades y no de nuestros deseos. Les agradezco de antemano sus bendiciones.

En el nombre poderoso de Jesús, AMEN!
