Our Daily Prayer for Tuesday - Arlene Carillo

And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Theme: "Love"

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I give you the glory and the honor! I praise you Lord!! Thank you for your unconditional "love." The way your word describes your "love" for us as sinners is amazing and I am in awe.

I pray that you continue to help us; and those that have experienced your "love" will be able to share it with others who are hopeless, and in need of you. So many are still in need of your touch, of your "love," and I pray that they may be reached; in the name of Jesus.

I pray that we as your people remember your "love" for us, all the days of our lives. Let us not forget where we were when we experienced your true "love." Help us remember not to be ashamed of our past, because that can very well be the testimony that helps someone else. I pray that you give us the strength, empathy and "love" we need to do your will!

In the name of Jesus I pray.

Amen
