Heavenly Father,
You know what is best for us and You want to have a relationship with us,
so You have given us Your Scriptures to guide us in how to live.
I praise You for that!
On my own, I never would have known how to have a relationship with You,.
You gave me Your Holy Spirit to enable me to obey.
Because of Jesus' sacrifice, You don't turn Your back on me when I disobey,
though I would deserve that.
Thank You for sending Him!
Thank You, Jesus, for being obedient to the Father,
even to the point of death on the cross.
