Heavenly Father,
As I sit quietly closing my eyes, I try to quiet my racing thoughts.
I invite Your Divine Presence into this precious moment.
Help me, Father, to transcend the noise of the world
and facilitate a tranquil space for introspection.
Grant me the gift of profound inner peace and stillness,
where Your tender whispers of wisdom may be heard.
Thank You for the sacred silence that nourishes my soul
and grants me clarity.

Concédeme el don de la profunda paz interior y la quietud,
donde se puedan escuchar Tus tiernos susurros de sabiduría.
Gracias por el silencio sagrado que alimenta mi alma.
y me otorga claridad.
