Our Daily Prayer Sunday - Millie McFarland

Answer me when I call to you,
my righteous God.
Give me relief from my distress;
have mercy on me and hear my prayer.
— Psalm 4:1

Abba Father, we humbly Come to your throne giving you glory. We thank you for relieving us of distress and for having mercy on us even when we don't deserve it. Your grace and mercy brings us through all of the bad times we face. There is nothing impossible for you, you hold the world in the palm of your hand.

Father, as we go on about our daily lives we Pray that you be the center of our lives. I ask that you reveal yourself to each individual reader and guide them on their day to day life. Teach them how to live according to your will and ways. Give each a yearning for your word and a desire to be closer to you. Dwell in our hearts and teach us to love one another as you love us.

Lord, I pray for each unsaved or back slider that is reading this prayer; touch them, deliver them and save them. Father, you are the lover of our soul and you alone know our deepest desires; so I pray that you meet each one in the intimate place and saturate us with your love.

Father, as this world faces the distress of this Pandemic; I pray you cover each with your mercy and love. Take control and wipe away this horrible virus that has attacked so many of your people. Father heal those that need healing and restore them back to health. I also pray for those that are not working or struggling financially; meet their need and provide for each. I also pray a hedge of protection over each health care worker, each postal worker, each frontliner, each truck or delivery worker and every single essential worker facing this Pandemic on a daily basis. Father cover each with your precious blood.

Gracious Father we praise and thank you for all you do. You are God over all and you reign supreme. Thank you for your grace and mercy that never fails. We place this prayer at your feet. In Jesus name we Pray. Amen
