Holy God, you are my strength like no other; you uphold me in times of trouble. I thank you for your direction and guidance during these turbulent times we are facing. I thank you for giving me courage and for not leaving or forsaking me and my family.
Lord God, your word tells us not to be afraid or discouraged because You are with us. So, I bring all that are weary and heavy burdened into your presence and pray that you be with them and give them rest. Give encouragement to all the downtrodden and restore to them what the enemy has stolen. I ask that you turn mourning into dancing. Let this be a time of jubilee and rejoicing instead of turmoil and despair. For I know that, "This is the day that the Lord has made let us rejoice and be glad in it." (Psalms 118:24 ESV
Lord God, I rejoice in you and I thank you for reminding me that I don't have to be afraid or discouraged; that in you I have hope, peace and unspeakable joy. So, today I choose to rejoice in you. I thank you for the joy I have today. In Jesus name.
