Our Daily Prayer for Tuesday - Mille McFarland

But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.
— Ephesians 4:7
And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
— 2 Corinthians 12:9

Scripture & Prayer Submitted by: Millie McFarland

Gracious Father, I come before you today to give you all the glory, honor and praise. I thank you for your eternal grace; that is ever so present even when we don't deserve it. The word says your grace is given to us and that your grace is sufficient. Thank you Father, for your grace comforts me.

Father, help us keep our minds pure and stayed on you. Draw us closer to you; give us the desire to get deeper into your word. Father, help us keep a pure heart; let the words we say be pure and holy. The word says in Matthew 12:34 KJV,  "out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh". Give us a pure heart to speak on your goodness and grace.

Father, protect our minds from the darts of the enemy. Guard our thoughts from being distracted by the chaos of this world. Father, give us Your thoughts, Your will and Your ways; that we may walk upright in you.

Father, no matter what comes our way; we face it with your grace. We boldly place anxiety, doubt and fear under our feet; for you have given us the authority against our enemy through Christ Jesus. The Blood of Jesus washes away every one of our sins; so we stand in Victory declaring Your grace for our Salvation.

Thank you Father, for your love that covers a multitude of sins and for your Grace that carries us through. We praise you for who you are. Father, thank you for hearing our prayers. In Jesus Mighty name we Pray. Amen.
