Heavenly Father, I thank you for the blessings that you have bestowed upon me. Thank you for your mercy and grace, and for your amazing power. I thank you for the work that you have done in my life; for when I am weak, you are strong.
I know that you will never leave me nor forsake me. As you have brought me through the toughest of times. I am grateful for your sacrifice, strength, and love. I ask that you continue to renew my heart and mind so that I may be a blessing to others.
I praise you Lord, for you alone are worthy. In Jesus' name.
