Father, we pray that we would always seek after You with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. We know that it is only in You that we find true joy and peace. Remind us that although we are in the world, we are not of the world.
We acknowledge that if we put Your kingdom and righteousness first, that You said, You would provide all our needs. We will not submit to fear, but rather to Your love because perfect love casts out all fear. You truly are a good, good Father!
Jesus, You promised us the Holy Spirit; so we lean on You Spirit of God to lead us and guide us always. Let us be a light to all those around us of Your love, so that they will be drawn to you. Purge us of the selfish desires of the flesh so that your power can flow through us to those in need. We want to be good ambassadors of Heaven and not bring shame to your name.
In all we do let us bring glory to You. We put You above all things so that your love will flow out of us and into all those we encounter. We pray these things in Jesus name.
