Loving God,
Please grant me peace of mind and calm my troubled heart.
My soul is like a turbulent sea.
I can't seem to find my balance
so I stumble and worry constantly.
Give me the strength and clarity of mind
to find my purpose and walk the path you've laid out for me.
I trust your Love God, and know that you will heal the stress.
God of all comfort, grant me the gift of inner peace.
In the midst of life's challenges and uncertainties,
help me to trust in your plan and find tranquility in your presence.
Let your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind.
In Jesus' name, I pray.

Dios amoroso,
concédeme paz mental y calma mi corazón atribulado.
Mi alma es como un mar turbulento.
Parece que no puedo encontrar mi equilibrio
así que tropiezo y me preocupo constantemente.
Dame la fuerza y la claridad mental
para encontrar mi propósito y caminar por el camino que has trazado para mí.
Confío en tu Dios amoroso y sé que sanarás el estrés.
Dios de todo consuelo, concédeme el don de la paz interior.
En medio de los desafíos e incertidumbres de la vida,
ayúdame a confiar en tu plan y a encontrar tranquilidad en tu presencia.
Que tu paz, que sobrepasa todo entendimiento, guarde mi corazón y mi mente.
