To the God who demonstrated the ultimate sacrifice; the God who gave up his only begotten Son so that we could have life and have it more abundantly; the God who shows us agape "love", we come to honor and praise you today for the gift of "love." Father, your "unfailing love" is what lifted me. Your "unfailing love" keeps me off the path of destruction. Because of your "love" I can face tomorrow with courage.
"Love" is patient and "love" is kind, and I pray that my interactions with others demonstrate this patient and kind "love" that you show me each day. Help me to show "love" in difficult situations and help me to show "love" on rough days when I may not always feel "loving."
May the "love" you share with me overflow and extend to those who are homeless, sick, or suffering. May they desire to get to know you because of the "love" I have showed them.
Your "love" and compassion is what drew me to have a relationship with you. My prayer is that you would continue to keep and protect me. Thank you for your "love."
