Heavenly Father, I come into your throne room of grace giving you all the honor, glory and praise. I thank you Father for "loving" me and for taking care of me. You are great and greatly to be praised.
The word tells us in John 4:19, "We love because he first loved us." Every time I read that or even contemplate it, it blows my mind, because you "love" us even when we don't deserve it. It tells me that, you "loved" me before I was even born. Lord, I know that I have fallen short of your glory, but yet you have showered me with your unconditional "love" and grace.
Father, the word teaches us, that we should "love each other" as you "love" us. I pray that we can follow that charge and be true examples of your word. Let us "love" genuinely so we may lead others to your saving grace. Teach us to not only be hearers of the word, but to be doers of your word. Father, let our light so shine so we may lead others out of the darkness and into your marvelous light
Father, I thank you for opening my heart and for leading me through your word. I thank you for hearing my prayers and for being by my side. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.
