Father God,

I thank you first and foremost for waking me up this morning in my right mind. I take this moment to just be in your Holy presence and practicing gratitude. I take nothing that you bless me with for granted.

I come before you humbled Lord with the weight of what I have seen in the world today. There is violence in the schools of America Lord like never before we feel this senseless attacks on our teachers, caregivers and children. We ask that you Lord send ministering angels to those families experiencing the devastating loss of a love one today.

We need more of you on our streets, in our homes and institutions. Lord make a way to convince those in positions of power that something must be done to end the gun violence in out streets. Give us wisdom as spiritual leaders to find a way to reach those that are suffering from mental illness and are being tormented by demons.

Only You Lord can give us the answers to help a fallen world. We are fully aware that it is through the knowledge of your love and compassion we can begin to live lives that reflect the peace you promise us in your word. Help us to take these words out into our schools, let us a find a way to bring you back into our schools through prayer and fasting.

You are the only way and we know that we can trust in you to do what needs to be done to bring about the changes that are necessary to bring harmony and peace to our streets, homes and schools. I believe this Lord with my whole heart Amen.

Dios Padre,

Te agradezco ante todo por despertarme esta mañana en mi sano juicio. Aprovecho este momento para estar en tu Santa presencia y practicar la gratitud. No doy por sentado nada de lo que me bendices.

Vengo ante ti, humilde Señor, con el peso de lo que he visto en el mundo hoy. Hay violencia en las escuelas de Estados Unidos, Señor, como nunca antes. Sentimos estos ataques sin sentido a nuestros maestros, cuidadores y niños. Te pedimos Señor que envíes ángeles ministradores a aquellas familias que experimentan la devastadora pérdida de un ser querido hoy.

Necesitamos más de ti en nuestras calles, en nuestros hogares e instituciones. Señor, abre un camino para convencer a quienes están en posiciones de poder de que se debe hacer algo para terminar con la violencia armada en nuestras calles. Danos sabiduría como líderes espirituales para encontrar una manera de llegar a quienes sufren enfermedades mentales y están siendo atormentados por demonios.

Sólo Tú, Señor, puedes darnos las respuestas para ayudar a un mundo caído. Somos plenamente conscientes de que es a través del conocimiento de tu amor y compasión que podemos comenzar a vivir vidas que reflejen la paz que nos prometes en tu palabra. Ayúdanos a llevar estas palabras a nuestras escuelas, permítenos encontrar una manera de traerte de vuelta a nuestras escuelas a través de la oración y el ayuno.

Tú eres el único camino y sabemos que podemos confiar en que harás lo que sea necesario para generar los cambios necesarios para traer armonía y paz a nuestras calles, hogares y escuelas. Creo en esto Señor con todo mi corazón Amén.
