Lord,

Help me give generously from the heart, letting go of holding on too tightly,

understanding that life's gifts are meant to be shared.

Help me resolve differences with love and compassion.

caring about others, and running the risk of selfless giving,

having an impact on people, striving for solutions that bring peace and harmony.

As the sun rises in a morning sky and transforms the darkness with glorious beauty,

let the light of Christ center on my thoughts, and draw my focus to a life that aligns with Your will,

renewing my strength in so many beautiful ways, moving on the path forward with energy,

away from insecurities, when I doubt myself and my vulnerabilities,

holding them and handing them over to You, so that my gifts and talents can shine.

Ayúdame a dar generosamente desde el corazón, dejando de aferrarme demasiado,

comprender que los regalos de la vida deben ser compartidos.

Ayúdame a resolver diferencias con amor y compasión.

preocuparse por los demás y correr el riesgo de dar desinteresadamente,

impactando a las personas, buscando soluciones que traigan paz y armonía.

Mientras el sol sale en el cielo de la mañana y transforma la oscuridad con gloriosa belleza,

deja que la luz de Cristo se centre en mis pensamientos y atraiga mi atención hacia una vida que se alinee con Tu voluntad,

Father, thank you for who you are! You are sovereign and you reign forever and ever. Thank you for leading and guidance us by the Holy Spirit and strengthening us, especially the great woman that you have prepared and equipped to do your will and who were trailblazers and inspiring for woman of today. From Esther, Abigail, Ruth, Rebekah to Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Jesus Christ our Lord. I pray that woman today will allow the you to use them in a mighty way. Give our woman strength and wisdom to be able to pray and help lead many to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Thank you for your protection of these prayer warriors and keep them safe in Jesus name! Amen

Gracias por guiarnos y guiarnos por el Espíritu Santo y fortalecernos, especialmente a la gran mujer que has preparado y equipado para hacer tu voluntad y que fueron pioneras e inspiradoras para la mujer de hoy. Desde Ester, Abigail, Rut, Rebeca hasta María Magdalena y María la madre de Jesucristo nuestro Señor. Oro para que la mujer de hoy te permita usarlos de una manera poderosa. Dale a nuestra mujer fuerza y sabiduría para poder orar y ayudar a que muchos acepten a Jesucristo como su Señor y Salvador. ¡Gracias por proteger a estos guerreros de oración y mantenerlos a salvo en el nombre de Jesús! Dear Lord,

I stand before your throne room tonight with a humble and grateful heart, I am so thankful that I do not have to be strong, that you are the source of all my strength. There is nothing that I can not accomplish with your help. I thank you Lord for all of the women that I have met in ministry. They have exemplified you in so many different ways.

I ask Lord that you bless each person who has come seeking a word from you, that this prayer be like a Balm of Gilead on their brokenness today. Lord minister to each one and send mentors to those who are in need of your guidance. I thank you Lord for strong, women who pray for their families and communities, those that sacrifice in the shadows for the sake of their loved ones. I ask a special blessing upon the women who are in war torn countries, who cry out to you for mercy. Lord please rescue any that are lost or broken tonight. Fill those in mourning with your supernatural peace.

May your love and mercy go forth in the world through faithful women of influence that can become an example of your power in them as they stand true to your word in a world that doesn’t. Give them the boldness to pray away the madness that has gripped our world and that they may be your instrument for peace.

In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Querido señor,

Me presento ante tu salón del trono esta noche con un corazón humilde y agradecido, estoy tan agradecido de no tener que ser fuerte, de que tú eres la fuente de toda mi fuerza. No hay nada que no pueda lograr con tu ayuda. Te doy gracias Señor por todas las mujeres que he conocido en el ministerio. Te han ejemplificado de muchas maneras diferentes.

Te pido Señor que bendigas a cada persona que ha venido buscando una palabra tuya, que esta oración sea como un Bálsamo de Galaad sobre su quebrantamiento de hoy. Señor ministra a cada uno y envía mentores a aquellos que necesitan tu guía. Te doy gracias Señor por las mujeres fuertes que oran por sus familias y comunidades, aquellas que se sacrifican en las sombras por el bien de sus seres queridos. Pido una bendición especial sobre las mujeres que se encuentran en países devastados por la guerra, que te claman por misericordia. Señor, por favor rescata a cualquiera que esté perdido o roto esta noche. Llena a los que están de luto con tu paz sobrenatural.

Que tu amor y misericordia avancen en el mundo a través de mujeres fieles e influyentes que puedan convertirse en un ejemplo de tu poder en ellas mientras se mantienen fieles a tu palabra en un mundo que no lo hace. Dales la valentía de orar para que desaparezca la locura que se ha apoderado de nuestro mundo y que puedan ser tu instrumento para la paz.

Gracious Father,

I pray for every woman who has been minimized, feels unheard, overlooked, or devalued.

I pray that You would heal her heart from past and current experiences.

I ask that You would allow every woman to see herself as You see her

and not through the eyes of those who have misplaced her value.

Don't let bitterness, anger, or indifference live in her heart.

Help her to see that her value and purpose are not reliant on the approval of others.

She was approved and given worth on the day of her birth.

I pray for every woman who has lost, her boldness, her fight

or her voice to recurring uphill battles.

Fill her, dear Father, with strength, joy and peace to keep going.

Give her the courage to show up and be the difference maker that You made her to be.

Let her rise up and not shrink back when faced with difficult circumstances.

She will walk by faith and not by sight with Your guidance.

Let her know that organizations have ceilings, but You do not!

There is no salary cap in Your Kingdom.

Let her see that no one has the power to determine her worth, dear Father.

I pray, Father, that You would allow every woman to see that she is worth more than she knows.

I pray that each and every woman knows that she was created by You for a purpose.

Let her know that she is "fearfully and wonderfully made." (Psalm 139:14)

Oro para que sanes su corazón de experiencias pasadas y actuales.

Te pido que permitas que cada mujer se vea como Tú la ves.

y no a través de los ojos de quienes han perdido su valor.

No dejes que la amargura, la ira o la indiferencia vivan en su corazón.

Ayúdela a ver que su valor y propósito no dependen de la aprobación de los demás.

Fue aprobada y valorada el día de su nacimiento.

Rezo por cada mujer que ha perdido, su audacia, su lucha.

o su voz en recurrentes batallas cuesta arriba.

Llénala, querido Padre, de fuerza, alegría y paz para seguir adelante.

Dale el coraje para presentarse y marcar la diferencia que Tú hiciste para que fuera.

Que se levante y no retroceda ante circunstancias difíciles.

Ella caminará por fe y no por vista con Tu guía.

Even when busy days make me distracted and sometimes feeling frustrated, I pray to you to find peace, patience, and understanding. I know that you created me with a "gentle and quiet" spirit and I will bring that forth every day to help keep me centered and focused on what is most important. I always want to be worthy of your love and I will forever live my life with gentility, faithfulness, and devotion to You.

Siempre miro dentro de mi corazón para nutrir mi bondad, amor y compasión por los demás, como lo has hecho tú en tu vida. Incluso cuando los días ocupados me distraen y a veces me hacen sentir frustrado, te pido que encuentres paz, paciencia y comprensión. Sé que me creaste con un espíritu "gentil y tranquilo" y lo traeré todos los días para ayudarme a mantenerme centrado y concentrado en lo que es más importante. Siempre quiero ser digno de tu amor y siempre viviré mi vida con gentileza, fidelidad y devoción a Ti.
