Renew my spirit, O Lord, as I navigate the trials that life presents.
Grant me the resilience to withstand the storms,

and the knowledge that through suffering,
I will emerge stronger and more compassionate.
Thank You for always being my steadfast refuge during my most difficult and anguishing times.
