Father God,

I come before your throne room of Glory praises lifted and worship ready. As I bow before you, I am compelled to intercede for those who are in high level leadership, your Pastors and ministers that are tending your sheep.

Lord touch the hearts of our church leaders and fill them with your Holy Spirit conviction to serve your people. You have sent your only son Jesus, to sacrifice His own life because of the love He had for your people.

We need you Lord in these dark end times to lift up leaders that are more concerned with those who are lost and hurting, than numbers to boast their status in the denominations they represent. the desperate, many sitting in the pews of those same churches.

They have come to hear a word from you, a touch from you Lord. I ask that you bring healing and peace to those who are broken and crying out to you in their hearts and waiting for the leaders that call themselves servants to extend a helping hand and a kind wise word.

Bless the person reading this prayer today, I have poured my heart on behalf of the marginalized, the broken, the ignored and unseen souls today. I pray that each person find in me and glimpse of you Jesus, a hug from you when I extend and hand. I ask Lord you use this servant to reach the hurting because the world is in desperate need of selfless Shepards.

I ask you to raise up a standard Lord, raise the next generation of leaders that have the heart like Jesus, that they exemplify what Jesus was as he suffered and gave His life and shed His precious blood to safe us all. Let me O'Lord be like Jesus in my heart and actions for the benefit of the world. Amen

Dios Padre,

Vengo ante tu trono de gloria con alabanzas en alto y lista para adorar. Mientras me inclino ante ti, me siento obligada a interceder por aquellos que están en puestos de liderazgo de alto nivel, tus pastores y ministros que están cuidando tus ovejas.

Señor, toca los corazones de los líderes de nuestra iglesia y llénalos con la convicción de tu Espíritu Santo para servir a tu pueblo. Tú enviaste a tu único hijo Jesús, a sacrificar Su propia vida por el amor que tenía por tu pueblo.

Te necesitamos Señor en estos tiempos finales oscuros para que levantes líderes que estén más preocupados por aquellos que están perdidos y heridos, que por los números para jactarse de su estatus en las denominaciones que representan. Los desesperados, muchos sentados en los bancos de esas mismas iglesias.

Han venido a escuchar una palabra tuya, un toque tuyo Señor. Te pido que traigas sanación y paz a aquellos que están quebrantados y claman a Ti en sus corazones y esperan que los líderes que se llaman a sí mismos siervos les extiendan una mano amiga y una palabra amable y sabia.

Bendice a la persona que lee esta oración hoy, he derramado mi corazón en nombre de los marginados, los quebrantados, los ignorados y las almas invisibles hoy. Ruego que cada persona encuentre en mí un atisbo de Ti Jesús, un abrazo tuyo cuando extiendo una mano. Te pido Señor que uses a este siervo para alcanzar a los que sufren porque el mundo tiene una necesidad desesperada de pastores desinteresados.

Señor, te pido que levantes un modelo, que levantes a la próxima generación de líderes que tengan un corazón como el de Jesús, que ejemplifiquen lo que fue Jesús al sufrir, dar su vida y derramar su preciosa sangre para salvarnos a todos. Señor, permíteme ser como Jesús en mi corazón y en mis acciones para el beneficio del mundo. Amén.
