Precious and loving Lord,

We call on you today in thanksgiving for being an understanding father and savior. You

have given us your word, your law, and your promises, yet, still, we find it difficult in our daily

lives to obey your commands and desires of us. Too frequently, Lord, we find our hearts and our

minds being swayed by others—some who disregard you altogether, some who only claim to

preach your word.

Grant us the ability to discern your voice among the many. Have mercy on us when we

fall short of doing what we should, saying what we should, believing what we should. Give us

your blessed assurance that, despite our shortcomings, you love each and every one of us

unconditionally.

You sent your one and only son to this world to teach us, and you sacrificed him to save

us. We know that—because of you—we will enter into your holy kingdom. We know that each

of our names is written by your hand. May we do our best in this earthly life to honor you and to

be worthy of our heavenly inheritance, even though you already know our worth.

We call on you humbly, Lord, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Precioso y amoroso Señor,

Te invocamos hoy en acción de gracias por ser un padre comprensivo y salvador. Tú

nos has dado tu palabra, tu ley y tus promesas, sin embargo, todavía nos resulta difícil en nuestro día a día

vive para obedecer tus mandamientos y deseos de nosotros. Con demasiada frecuencia, Señor, encontramos que nuestro corazón y nuestra

mentes siendo influenciadas por otros: algunos que te ignoran por completo, otros que sólo afirman

predica tu palabra.

Concédenos la capacidad de discernir tu voz entre las muchas. Ten piedad de nosotros cuando

no llegamos a hacer lo que deberíamos, decir lo que deberíamos, creer lo que deberíamos. Danos

Tu bendita seguridad de que, a pesar de nuestras deficiencias, nos amas a todos y cada uno de nosotros.

"Jesus, the Lamb of God"

Holy and Righteous Father, I thank you for sending Your Son Jesus Christ to be the sacrificial Lamb to take away the sins of the world. He made the ultimate sacrifice so that we may have life. Thank you Father for that gift, and as we celebrate Christmas may we remember that it is all about Jesus.

Father, I pray for all those that do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior. I ask that you send someone to minister to them so they may come to know Him. Reveal to them the meaning of this holiday and show them the gift of the sacrificial Lamb.

Father, I thank you and I lay this prayer at your feet. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.

Amen

"Jesús, el Cordero de Dios"

Padre Santo y Justo, te agradezco por enviar a Tu Hijo Jesucristo para ser el Cordero del sacrificio para quitar los pecados del mundo. Hizo el máximo sacrificio para que pudiéramos tener vida. Gracias Padre por ese regalo, y mientras celebramos la Navidad, recordemos que se trata de Jesús.

Padre, oro por todos aquellos que no conocen a Jesús como Señor y Salvador. Te pido que envíes a alguien para que les ministre para que puedan llegar a conocerlo. Explíqueles el significado de esta festividad y muéstreles el regalo del Cordero del sacrificio.

Padre, te agradezco y pongo esta oración a tus pies. En el poderoso nombre de Jesús oro.

Holy and Righteous God, I come into your throne room in total adoration to you. Father, you are Sovereign and you reign Supreme over all. I thank you for sending your only begotten Son to be, "The Lamb of God" to take away the sins of this world so that we may have life and have it more abundantly.

Father, I pray for every person reading this that does not know who you are. I pray that Jesus reveals himself to each and that they recognize that He is "The Lamb of God" that was slain for each of their sins. I pray that they turn their hearts to you and confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Father as we get even closer to Christmas let us all remember this gift you gave to each of us. Without "The Lamb of God" we would be lost in our sins forever.

Father, I thank you for loving us so much that you sacrificed your Son for us. I am eternally grateful and I will forever love and praise your Holy name. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.
