“When Jesus returned to Capernaum, a Roman officer came and pleaded with him, 6 “Lord, my young servant lies in bed, paralyzed and in terrible pain.” 7 Jesus said, “I will come and heal him.” 8 But the officer said, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come into my home. Just say the word from where you are, and my servant will be healed. 9 I know this because I am under the authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say, ‘Go,’ and they go, or ‘Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my slaves, ‘Do this,’ they do it.”

10 When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to those who were following him, he said, “I tell you the truth, I haven’t seen faith like this in all Israel!”

Eternal God and Father, you are worthy to be praised. You are faithful. Thank you for the privilege of being able to lift my hands and voice to you in worship.

Ascribing praise to you the writer declares in 1 Chronicles 29: 11 NLT

Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O LORD, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.

Jesus commended the Roman officer for having great faith in you and your word, Father. The officer believed that his servant could be healed just by the spoken word.

Oh what great faith. Your spoken word has power. You spoke and things happened. You said " Let there be Light and there was Light."

Help us to have great " faith" in You Lord. The faith that will cause us to believe that all things are possible with you. In times of sickness give us faith to believe that you are Jehovah Rapha the One who heals. In times of lack you are Jehovah Jireh the One who provides.

Lord please increase our faith daily as we continue in your Word. Help us to worship you in Spirit and in Truth in the Mighty name of Jesus.

Señor, por favor aumenta nuestra fe diariamente mientras continuamos en tu Palabra. Ayúdanos a adorarte en Espíritu y en Verdad en el Poderoso nombre de Jesús.
