Father God, I would like to begin by giving you thanks for allowing me to see a brand-new day. I am grateful for your unending mercy and grace. I come with a heart full of gratitude as I think on the importance of friendships that are authentic and real.

In a world where so much of what we experience is superficial at best, I thank you for the blessing of friends and sisters in Christ who have seen me through many trials and sickness. I pray this prayer for those that are feeling alone, surround them with compassionate and encouraging friends that will lift them up rather than tear them down.

Lord may each person reading this prayer experience the blessing of a friend that sticks closer than a brother and that their lives be joyful for the experience of being able to have people that surround them in time of loss and need.

Please unite us as we journey in this world. My prayer is that we can lean on one another and find safety in our neighbor’s home. Guard us and convict us to be loyal and compassionate people so that we can show the beauty of your love in our actions toward one another. I pray this is your holy name Amen.

Dios Padre, quiero comenzar agradeciéndote por permitirme ver un nuevo día. Estoy agradecido por tu infinita misericordia y gracia. Vengo con el corazón lleno de gratitud al pensar en la importancia de las amistades auténticas y reales.

En un mundo donde mucho de lo que experimentamos es superficial en el mejor de los casos, les agradezco la bendición de mis amigos y hermanas en Cristo que me han ayudado a través de muchas pruebas y enfermedades. Rezo esta oración por aquellos que se sienten solos, rodéalos de amigos compasivos y alentadores que los levanten en lugar de derribarlos.

Señor, que cada persona que lea esta oración experimente la bendición de un amigo más unido que un hermano y que sus vidas sean gozosas por la experiencia de poder tener personas que los rodeen en momentos de pérdida y necesidad.

Por favor, únanos mientras viajamos en este mundo. Mi oración es que podamos apoyarnos unos en otros y encontrar seguridad en el hogar de nuestro vecino. Guárdanos y convéncenos para que seamos personas leales y compasivas para que podamos mostrar la belleza de tu amor en nuestras acciones unos hacia los otros. Ruego que este sea tu santo nombre Amén.

Heavenly Father, thank you for waking me up this morning and starting me on my way. I thank you for this new day and for all the mercies it brings. I thank you for my brother Caleb Rodriguez. I dedicate this prayer to him as he has been an excellent father figure in my life.

Father, I thank you for teaching, instructing, and guiding him. I am grateful for all you have poured into him, because in turn he has poured into me. My brother stepped in to take care and guide me after my father passed. Although my brother was strict and tough on me at times, he was also loving and lived a godly and righteous life before me. I can truly say he practices what he preaches and he is a man of integrity. As I got older I saw him raise his 2 boys and I continued to see the love of God in how he raised his children.

Father, I thank you for Caleb's life. I pray abundant blessings over him. I pray that his latter may be greater than his former. Father, I pray that more godly brothers step in for those that have lost their earthly fathers. Raise up men of standards that exude your love and compassion.

Father, I thank and praise you. You are good and you are faithful. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray.

Padre Celestial, gracias por despertarme esta mañana y ponerme en camino. Les agradezco por este nuevo día y por todas las misericordias que trae. Les agradezco por mi hermano Caleb Rodríguez. A él le dedico esta oración ya que ha sido una excelente figura paterna en mi vida.

Padre, te agradezco por enseñarle, instruirlo y guiarlo. Estoy agradecido por todo lo que has vertido en él, porque a su vez él lo ha vertido en mí. Mi hermano intervino para cuidarme y guiarme después de la muerte de mi padre. Aunque mi hermano fue estricto y duro conmigo a veces, también fue amoroso y vivió una vida piadosa y justa delante de mí. Puedo decir verdaderamente que practica lo que predica y que es un hombre íntegro. A medida que fui creciendo, lo vi criar a sus 2 hijos y seguí viendo el amor de Dios en la forma en que crió a sus hijos.

Padre, te agradezco por la vida de Caleb. Ruego abundantes bendiciones sobre él. Ruego que lo último sea mayor que lo primero. Padre, oro para que más hermanos piadosos intervengan por aquellos que han perdido a sus padres terrenales. Levanta hombres de estándares que exudan tu amor y compasión.

Padre, te agradezco y te alabo. Eres bueno y eres fiel. En el nombre poderoso de Jesús oro.

Heavenly Father, I come into your presence with a heart of thanksgiving and praise. I thank you for the many blessings you have bestowed upon me. I want to thank you for my brothers, especially my brother Caleb. Father, I love and appreciate all my brothers, but it was Caleb that stepped in when my father passed away.

I am eternally grateful for Caleb because he has been a godly example and a mentor to me. I have learned so much of the word through his teachings and also seeing him live what he teaches and preaches. Father, I thank you for allowing him to be there for me after my dad passed and even until this day I can call on him and he is there.

I pray that you continue to bless him and to pour into him as he pours out to others while he ministers your word. I thank you for his life and for the man he is today. I pray that you continue to give him favor and anoint his coming and going. Father, I also pray for those that don't have a father that you send someone to step up for them as my brother did for me. I thank you for my brotherly love, for it kept me in those moments when I needed my dad.

In the precious name of Jesus I pray.

Padre Celestial, vengo a tu presencia con un corazón de agradecimiento y alabanza. Te agradezco las muchas bendiciones que me has otorgado. Quiero agradecerles por mis hermanos, especialmente por mi hermano Caleb. Padre, amo y aprecio a todos mis hermanos, pero fue Caleb quien intervino cuando mi padre falleció.

Estoy eternamente agradecido por Caleb porque ha sido un ejemplo piadoso y un mentor para mí. He aprendido mucho de la palabra a través de sus enseñanzas y también de verlo vivir lo que enseña y predica. Padre, te agradezco por permitirle estar ahí para mí después de que mi padre falleció e incluso hasta el día de hoy puedo llamarlo y él está ahí.

Oro para que continúes bendiciéndolo y vertiéndote en él mientras él se derrama a otros mientras ministra tu palabra. Te agradezco por su vida y por el hombre que es hoy. Oro para que continúes dándole favor y ungiendo su ir y venir. Padre, también oro por aquellos que no tienen un padre para que envíes a alguien para que los apoye como lo hizo mi hermano por mí. Te agradezco mi amor fraternal, porque me mantuvo en esos momentos en los que necesitaba a mi papá.

En el precioso nombre de Jesús oro.
