Abba Father, I come to you in the mighty name of your Son Jesus Christ; giving you all the honor, glory and praise. I exalt your Holy name.
Father, today I come to you on behalf of every family represented here. I lift up every father; as we know we are facing difficult times. Give each of them strength, to face the daily challenges that may come his way. I pray that every father may come to know you in a personal way. Guide each of them and raise them up to be the heads of their household.
Father, I lift up every mother; as we know they carry heavy burdens for their families. Envelop each of them with your love; draw them closer to you and give them wisdom as they raise their families.
Father, I lift up every child; build a hedge of protection over each. The word teaches us, to train them up in your word and in the fear of the Lord; so, I pray that each parent is raising them to know you. Father, draw each child close to you; so they may come to the knowledge of your saving grace at a young age. For we know that they are the church of today. Father, teach us to be examples for our children; that they would see YOU through us.
Abba Father, we thank you and we give you all the praise. Father, we lay this prayer at your throne room of grace. In Jesus Mighty name we pray.
