Our Daily Prayer for Wednesday - Mayra Thomas-Cardona

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
— 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NIV

Food for thought:

If we could stop and stand for a moment and think of the blessings that the Lord has bestowed to us. We have so much to be grateful for.

The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

Psalm 121:7-8 NIV

Forgiveness and Salvation:

Psalm 103:12 NIV  "As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us."

Ephesians 1:7 NIV "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace."

I am reminded of the beautiful song that Sis. Pat Simon, resting in glory, would sing; a beautiful song by the Mississippi Mass Choir “Your Grace and Mercy" (click on the link to listen)

I come before you God, Praise be to God, I give you all the Glory, all the Honor and all the Praise. I thank you God, for waking me up this morning in my right mind. I am reminded of you, as I hear the birds chirping and thank you for all you created.

Thank you for clothing me and thank you for the food you provide. I thank you for healing my nephew, and all the others you have helped and healed through the prayers that we have lifted up to you Lord. We thank you for our jobs and that I am able  to help others. We pray for those that are suffering financially; that you will supply there needs. I pray I will be Christ like and do it in your honor.

In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Amen, Amen and Amen.
