"Freedom in Jesus!!"
Food for thought:
This prayer is being written on May 26, 2022, two days after 19 children were murdered at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. And it is the day after the two year anniversary of the George Floyd murder.
Why am I sharing this? The world is overwhelmed. Hearts are angry and fainting in the land but YOU and I have the light and the POWER to change this dark and dying world! Jesus lived in dark times like this. Caesarea Philippi was a very dark and evil place, yet Jesus stood there with his disciples, and asked, "Who do men say that I am?" (Matthew 16:13)
So I'm going to STAND and ask you today as you pray WITH me, not just read or listen but I charge you to pray earnestly, with fervor and expectation, that God WILL answer! Who is He to you? How mighty is He to save through you? What is He calling you to now, to change this world? And be willing for Him to bring the answers through YOU! The world is dying to meet YOU! Literally, standing on their tippy toes waiting to meet the real, anointed YOU!
Let us pray…
Dear ALL-Powerful & ALL-Knowing Father in Heaven. Oh, MAGNIFY the Lord with me! Exalt His name TOGETHER! Lord You are BIG! You are GREAT! You are MIGHTY! You are BIGGER than any problem or peril! You are brighter than ALL darkness! You've NEVER lost a battle!
You give us Your precious armor and You give us divine strategies! And by You, WE CAN run through troops and leap over walls! We can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us! THANK YOU for the liberty and the freedom to set the captives FREE!!!
You have sent us here on Earth for a divine assignment. You have saved us and filled us with Your precious Holy Spirit and dunamis POWER, we are PODEROSO, POWERFUL in You! You and Creation EAGERLY desires for us to SHOW UP and do our thing on this planet, while we yet still have breath! Yet, while our hearts are still beating! It is an URGENCY! A GROANING! A MOANING in the Earth and the Lord is looking to and fro seeking in whom He may show Himself strong!
We come against imposter syndrome! We come against self doubt and inadequacies! You have NOT given us the spirit of fear but of POWER and of LOVE and of a SOUND MIND! We bind the whisperer of lies and SHUT his mouth! WHO told you, you were naked???? WHO says we are too young, too old, too rich, too poor, too big, too small or too whatever to make a difference! We stir up, stoke the fiery flames and gifts within us, by Your Holy Spirit!
I pray God and give You FULL permission to use me! Help me to obey Your voice, answer the call and say, "Send me! I'll go!" Title or no title! Money or no money. Resources and connections or not! Lord, we give You permission to push us out of our beds at night to awaken us! Oh sleeping Zion and march forth as Your army and to PRAY and wage war in the Spirit and the natural with love, passion for souls, and intentionality!
There's NOTHING too hard for You to do! We confess our apathy and despair that we've been wanting for this all to be over. Forgive us for hiding our heads like ostriches and hanging our harps in the willows. And all this time, You've been waiting for us to move and act on what You're calling us to. Prepare us for the harvest! As we come out of hiding! We will SHINE in the marketplace, online, in our homes, and communities, and across the globe! We accept that You will NOT work without us. You are looking for partnerships, not babies to sit or personal pewships.
It's time for us to arise and demonstrate Your glory in the earth with Your divine power, guidance, and help! Let faith work through us by love! In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray.
