“25 “Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’ 28 “But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. 29 So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. 30 But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’ 31 “And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. 32 It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.””

Dear Heavenly Father, we pray to You in the Name of Jesus; we thank You for Your compassionate love toward us. As we know how easily we can fail You when our attention is placed elsewhere instead of keeping our eyes, hearts and minds focused on You.
We as Your redeemed children who abide in the “Household of God” should always rejoice when a lost sinner is saved, when a “prodical” or a backslider returns home back into the fold. Please deliver us from evil, pride, envy, jealousy, resentment and spiritual negligence.
May Your Holy Spirit daily remind us, that by Your grace and mercy You have given us the position of “Sonship” in Your kingdom!!! Therefore, all that You have is ours to partake of and enjoy to the fullest!!! And may we love and embrace all whom You save and restore!!! May we receive them with the same concept and attitude stated in Your Holy Scriptures: “It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.” We ask these things in The Matchless Name of Jesus…Amen and Amen!!!
25 “Ahora su hijo mayor estaba en el campo. Y cuando llegó y se acercó a la casa, escuchó música y baile. 26 Entonces llamó a uno de los criados y le preguntó qué significaban estas cosas. 27 Y él le dijo: 'Tu hermano ha venido, y como lo ha recibido sano y salvo, tu padre ha matado el becerro gordo.' 28 Pero él se enojó y no quiso entrar. "31" Y él le dijo: "Hijo, tú siempre estás conmigo, y todo lo que tengo. es tuyo. 32 Era justo que nos regocijáramos y nos alegráramos, porque tu hermano estaba muerto y ha vuelto a la vida, estaba perdido y ha sido encontrado.

Querido Padre Celestial, te rogamos en el Nombre de Jesús; Te damos gracias por Tu amor compasivo hacia nosotros. Como sabemos con qué facilidad podemos fallarte cuando nuestra atención se coloca en otra parte en lugar de mantener nuestros ojos, corazones y mentes enfocados en ti.
Nosotros, como Tus hijos redimidos que moramos en la “Casa de Dios”, siempre debemos regocijarnos cuando un pecador perdido es salvo, cuando un “prodical” o un descarriado regresa a casa de regreso al redil. Líbranos del mal, el orgullo, la envidia, los celos, el resentimiento y la negligencia espiritual.
¡¡¡Que tu Espíritu Santo nos recuerde diariamente que por tu gracia y misericordia nos has dado la posición de “filiación” en tu reino !!! Por lo tanto, ¡todo lo que tienes es nuestro para participar y disfrutar al máximo! ¡¡¡Y que amemos y abracemos a todos los que salvas y restauras !!! Ojalá que los recibamos con el mismo concepto y actitud expresados en Tus Sagradas Escrituras: “Era justo que nos regocijáramos y nos alegáramos, porque tu hermano estaba muerto y ha vuelto a la vida, y estaba perdido y ha sido encontrado”. Te pedimos estas cosas en El incomparable Nombre de Jesús… ¡¡¡Amén y Amén !!!
