“The Waste of Worry”
“Can anyone of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
Matthew 6:2. Worry is a waste of our time. We struggle with anxious thoughts. Fearful always about something. Direct your thoughts to God. Let go of feeling, stressed, God doesn’t want your heart to be troubled.
He wants to comfort you and guide you to let go of worry. Seek His presence knowing that nothing on earth can chase away His peace.
Dear Lord help me to find the moments for your peace, where I give up my burdens and the purity of your love reassures me that I am safe and protected, guided by your comfort. Amen

“El desperdicio de la preocupación”
“¿Puede alguno de ustedes, por preocuparse, añadir una sola hora a su vida?
Mateo 6:2. La preocupación es una pérdida de nuestro tiempo. Luchamos con pensamientos ansiosos. Siempre temeroso de algo. Dirige tus pensamientos a Dios. Deja ir el sentimiento, el estrés, Dios no quiere que tu corazón se turbe.
Él quiere consolarte y guiarte para que dejes de preocuparte. Busca Su presencia sabiendo que nada en la tierra puede ahuyentar Su paz.
Querido Señor, ayúdame a encontrar los momentos de tu paz, donde abandono mis cargas y la pureza de tu amor me asegura que estoy seguro y protegido, guiado por tu consuelo. Amén
