Lord God,
I so wish to prepare well for this time.
I want to make all of me ready, attentive and available to You.
Please help me to clarify and purify my intentions.
I have so many contradictory desires!
My activity seems to be so full of busyness; running after stuff that really doesn't matter or last.
I know that if I do give You my heart, whatever I do will follow my new heart.
May all that I am today, all that I try to do today,
may all my encounters, reflections, even frustrations and failings place my life in Your hands.
Lord God,
My life is in your hands.
Please let this day give You praise.

Mi actividad parece estar llena de ajetreo; corriendo detrás de cosas que realmente no importan o no duran.
Sé que si te doy mi corazón, todo lo que haga seguirá mi nuevo corazón.
Que todo lo que soy hoy, todo lo que intento hacer hoy,
que todos mis encuentros, reflexiones, incluso frustraciones y fracasos pongan mi vida en Tus manos.
Señor Dios,
Mi vida está en tus manos.
Por favor, que este día te dé alabanza.
