There is no purer, more beautiful form of Christian servanthood other than Jesus. When we study the lifestyle of Jesus we see a servant who came to this earth not to be served but to serve. Think about all the times our Lord humbled Himself and served. First, He served by leaving His throne to dwell among us, He served by obeying the Father’s will, He served by washing the disciples feet, and the most outstanding act of servanthood was when He gave His life for all of us! Our greatest desire should be to be more like Jesus. Not looking for a benefit from serving but knowing that serving is the ultimate form of “living” just like Jesus! There is nothing better than helping others and sharing the Love of Christ. If life has been difficult, take your eyes off yourself and start viewing others through the eyes of Jesus, serve. Seek opportunities everyday to make a difference in another’s life just like Jesus. True Christian servanthood is when we are moved by compassion sharing the ❤️of Jesus. Going after the lost with the same love that not even one should perish. Lord, teach us to walk in complete surrender to you and to serve others as Jesus served. Amen.

No hay una forma más pura y hermosa de servicio cristiano que Jesús. Cuando estudiamos el estilo de vida de Jesús, vemos a un siervo que vino a esta tierra no para ser servido, sino para servir. Piense en todas las veces que nuestro Señor se humilló y sirvió. Primero, sirvió al dejar su trono para morar entre nosotros, sirvió al obedecer la voluntad del Padre, sirvió al lavar los pies de los discípulos, y el acto de servicio más sobresaliente fue cuando dio su vida por todos nosotros. Nuestro mayor deseo debe ser ser más como Jesús. No buscar un beneficio al servir, sino saber que servir es la forma máxima de "vivir" como Jesús. No hay nada mejor que ayudar a los demás y compartir el amor de Cristo. Si la vida ha sido difícil, quite los ojos de sí mismo y comience a ver a los demás a través de los ojos de Jesús, sirva. Busque oportunidades todos los días para marcar una diferencia en la vida de los demás, como lo hizo Jesús. El verdadero servicio cristiano es cuando nos movemos por la compasión compartiendo el amor de Jesús. Yendo tras los perdidos con el mismo amor para que ni uno solo perezca. Señor, enséñanos a caminar en completa entrega a ti y a servir a los demás como Jesús sirvió. Amén.
