“On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. 2 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. 5 In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? 6 He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: 7 ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ” 8 Then they remembered his words.
9 When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and to all the others. 10 It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the others with them who told this to the apostles. 11 But they did not believe the women, because their words seemed to them like nonsense. 12 Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. Bending over, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.”

Heavenly Father, thank you for your enduring love. Thank you for your patience and your everlasting grace. Thank you for your Holy Spirit who convicts our hearts, and draws us closer toward repentance and reconciliation of our sins.
Lord God, we pray that your Holy Spirit would continue to guide us and help us continue to give us comfort during these difficult times. Lord God, we pray that the fruit of your spirit would be evident in our lives. Lord God on this past Easter morning we welcomed you Jesus into our lives. Lord, we welcome your resurrection for it is life changing, life giving and life sustaining.
In this time during a pandemic Lord, we welcome the hope it brings to this world. We welcome the joy it brings to our darkness. We welcome the empty tomb for we know that it means that you are yet still alive. Lord God, may your resurrection give life to those who feel life is not worth living. To those who are just going through their ordinary motions.
Heavenly Father may your resurrection provide hope to those who are entangled in discouragement, who feel there is no hope, and to the ones that have given up all hope. We pray. Heavenly Father that your resurrection will give joy to those who feel they have no joy, who have lost their joy, or had their joy taken away from them.
May we allow Your resurrection to make a difference in how we live our lives. May we forever continue to live in hope of all that is yet to be. This I pray in the mighty name of Jesus.

“El primer día de la semana, muy de mañana, las mujeres tomaron las especias aromáticas que habían preparado y fueron al sepulcro. 2 Encontraron quitada la piedra del sepulcro, 3 pero cuando entraron, no encontraron el cuerpo del Señor Jesús. 4 Mientras se preguntaban acerca de esto, de repente dos hombres con ropas que brillaban como un rayo se pararon junto a ellos. 5 En su espanto, las mujeres se postraron rostro en tierra, pero los hombres les dijeron: “¿Por qué buscáis entre los muertos al que vive? 6 No está aquí; ¡se ha levantado! Recuerda cómo te dijo, mientras aún estaba contigo en Galilea: 7 'El Hijo del Hombre debe ser entregado en manos de los pecadores, ser crucificado y resucitar al tercer día' ”. 8 Entonces se acordaron de sus palabras. .

Padre Celestial, gracias por tu amor perdurable. Gracias por tu paciencia y tu gracia eterna. Gracias por tu Espíritu Santo que convence a nuestros corazones y nos acerca al arrepentimiento y la reconciliación de nuestros pecados.
Señor Dios, oramos para que tu Espíritu Santo continúe guiándonos y ayudándonos a continuar dándonos consuelo durante estos tiempos difíciles. Señor Dios, oramos para que el fruto de tu espíritu sea evidente en nuestras vidas. Señor Dios, en esta pasada mañana de Pascua, te dimos la bienvenida a Jesús en nuestras vidas. Señor, damos la bienvenida a tu resurrección porque cambia la vida, da vida y la sustenta.
En este momento durante una pandemia Señor, damos la bienvenida a la esperanza que trae a este mundo. Damos la bienvenida a la alegría que trae a nuestra oscuridad. Damos la bienvenida a la tumba vacía porque sabemos que significa que todavía estás vivo. Señor Dios, que tu resurrección dé vida a aquellos que sienten que la vida no vale la pena vivirla. Para aquellos que simplemente están realizando sus movimientos ordinarios.
Padre Celestial, que tu resurrección brinde esperanza a los que están enredados en el desánimo, a los que sienten que no hay esperanza ya los que han abandonado toda esperanza. Oramos. Padre Celestial, que tu resurrección dé gozo a aquellos que sienten que no tienen gozo, que han perdido el gozo o se les ha quitado el gozo.
Permitamos que Tu resurrección marque una diferencia en la forma en que vivimos nuestras vidas. Que podamos seguir viviendo para siempre con la esperanza de todo lo que está por ser. Esto lo oro en el poderoso nombre de Jesús.
