"God's Grace"
Father God, thank you for life today. There were many times in my younger years I tried to commit suicide, thinking that I would be setting myself free. But through Your love and grace You protected me from myself. Your grace overshadowed all my sins and drew me unto You. Through your grace I received forgiveness, mercy and compassion to stand up straight and take a step of faith to trust you.
Your grace allows me to be here today, to experience the love and kindness of old and new friends. Your grace allows me to forgive myself, and to see myself through Your love. This is why I can say Abba (my Father), and be a citizen of heaven and joint heirs with Christ Jesus. Your grace is powerful, and has seen the real me and not what this world dictated I should be. Your grace freed me to accept me.
Father God, in the name of Christ Jesus, I pray and believe now as I am writing, Your grace is manifesting itself in the lives of others. Your grace has no respect of person, but falls on all. In Christ's precious name.

"La gracia de Dios"
Padre Dios, gracias por la vida hoy. Hubo muchas veces en mis años de juventud que traté de suicidarme, pensando que me liberaría. Pero a través de Tu amor y gracia me protegiste de mí mismo. Tu gracia eclipsó todos mis pecados y me atrajo hacia Ti. Por tu gracia recibí el perdón, la misericordia y la compasión para erguirme y dar un paso de fe para confiar en ti.
Tu gracia me permite estar aquí hoy, para experimentar el amor y la bondad de viejos y nuevos amigos. Tu gracia me permite perdonarme y verme a través de Tu amor. Por eso puedo decir Abba (mi Padre), y ser ciudadano del cielo y coherederos con Cristo Jesús. Tu gracia es poderosa y ha visto mi verdadero yo y no lo que este mundo dicta que debo ser. Tu gracia me liberó para aceptarme.
Padre Dios, en el nombre de Cristo Jesús, oro y creo ahora mientras escribo, Tu gracia se está manifestando en la vida de los demás. Vuestra merced no hace acepción de personas, sino que cae sobre todos. En el precioso nombre de Cristo.
