This song, it is new, but the inspiration and the revelation within the words tell a powerful story; a story of love, compassion and strength. Throughout my life I had, as I am sure many of us could relate, my share of pain and sorrows, have had my heart broken, my health compromised, my finances destroyed, and have lost loved ones.
John 10:10 says the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy, I have come that they may have life, and have it abundantly. We are not exempt from experiencing all of these things but John 16:13 says I have told you this thing’s, so that in me you may have peace, in this world you will have trouble, but take heart I have overcome the world.
When I paid close attention to the lyrics in this song, my life started rolling in front of my eyes, praise the Lord all capitals and I realized in every situation he Capital H E was there protecting me Exodus 23:20 see, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared loving me and changing my life to make it a better one, I am truly blessed psalm 146:5 blessed is he that has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God.
My Hope and prayer for you my friend is that when you listen to the song your life starts rolling in front of your eyes as it did for me and that you might realize how much God loves you and cares for you. I am so thankful for his love and mercy. He’s a good father who never sleeps, constantly looking after us. Psalm 121: 2 and 4, my help comes from the Lord the maker of heaven and Earth he would not let your feet slip He Who Watches Over you will not Slumber and Did He Who Watches Over Israel will neither Slumber not sleep. And remember you will never walk alone Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear for I Am With You, do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
