I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.] Philippians 4:13 AMP

Lord Jesus, we love you with all of our hearts and give you thanks for the guidance and care you provide us in every area of our lives. As we embark on this new year, we may not know what is to come but trust in the One who knows our comings, our goings, and the purpose and plan for our lives are in His hands. I pray that you may order our steps and direct our paths. I ask you to strengthen and empower us to do what needs to be done for such a time as this for your glory and honor. Help us not to dwell on the past, instead focus on your word and what you have in store for us in this new year. Please calm any anxious minds and hearts so that there is no worry for what the future may bring and live in the present to the fullest. Thank you for always being there for us and what you continue to do for us. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Señor Jesús, te amamos con todo nuestro corazón y te damos gracias por la guía y el cuidado que nos brindas en cada área de nuestras vidas. Al embarcarnos en este nuevo año, es posible que no sepamos lo que está por venir, pero confiemos en Aquel que conoce nuestras venidas, nuestras salidas y el propósito y plan para nuestras vidas que están en Sus manos. Te pido que ordenes nuestros pasos y dirijas nuestros caminos. Te pido que nos fortalezcas y nos capacites para hacer lo que sea necesario en un momento como este para tu gloria y honor. Ayúdanos a no pensar en el pasado, sino en centrarnos en tu palabra y en lo que tienes reservado para nosotros en este nuevo año. Calme las mentes y los corazones ansiosos para que no se preocupen por lo que pueda traer el futuro y vivan el presente al máximo. to our circumstances or failures, and each

day you give us the opportunity to

experience your grace and compassion.

Father I ask that you do not allow doubt or

no negative thoughts overshadow the truth

of your word and cause him who is fallen or

dejected, I lost hope of continuing walking

or get up again.

I ask that you allow them to rise in faith recognizing

that your mercies are great.

Thank you because a contrite and humiliated heart does not

Lord, thank you for your blessing and mercy. I look upon this brand new year only an hour old and pray that your presence will be strong upon me as I enter into the new beginnings you have planned for me and my family. I ask you Lord to pour out your Holy Spirit upon your children, that they my experience a brand new relationship with you. We need you Lord more than ever as the days darken and the world becomes more reckless and often times dangerous.

I ask that you make a way for honest leaders to rule the countries that are at war with one another. Please make a way for your will to be done in this coming year and peace to reign in place of conflict. Protect the children that are so vulnerable and exploited by evil men. You are a God who sees all things, you are a God that saves and protects, so I call upon you Lord to do just that.

I ask Lord that more people will be drawn to you and that they may experience an intimate relationship with you. I know from experience that to be close to you, is to experience true peace and joy. Make a way for our leaders to stand steadfast against the plan of the enemy to normalize what you have called sin. Give them visions and discernment to see exactly what they should be teaching and training in their churches.

Lord, I commit to new beginnings with you, I commit to pray more, fast more, read your word more. I want to be closer than ever to you and whatever you have for me I will embrace and obey. Amen

Señor, gracias por tu bendición y misericordia. Miro este nuevo año que apenas tiene una hora y oro para que tu presencia sea fuerte sobre mí a medida que entro en los nuevos comienzos que has planeado para mí y mi familia. Te pido Señor que derrames tu Espíritu Santo sobre tus hijos, para que experimenten una nueva relación contigo. Te necesitamos Señor más que nunca a medida que los días se oscurecen y el mundo se vuelve más imprudente y muchas veces peligroso.

Les pido que abran un camino para que líderes honestos gobiernen los países que están en guerra entre sí. Por favor, abran un camino para que se haga su voluntad en el próximo año y la paz reine en lugar del conflicto. Protege a los niños que son tan vulnerables y explotados por hombres malvados. Eres un Dios que ve todas las cosas, eres un Dios que salva y protege, por eso te invoco, Señor, que hagas precisamente eso.

Pido al Señor que más personas se sientan atraídas hacia ti y que puedan experimentar una relación íntima contigo. Sé por experiencia que estar cerca de ti es experimentar verdadera paz y alegría. Abran un camino para que nuestros líderes se mantengan firmes contra el plan del enemigo para normalizar lo que ustedes han llamado pecado. Bríndeles visiones y discernimiento para ver exactamente qué deberían enseñar y capacitar en sus iglesias.

Please, God, help our world to become a place of peace so that everyone can see and enjoy all of the wonderful things that You made for us.

Father, as we enter the season of lights and festivities, let us keep in mind that Peace is at the center of all our hearts. The season of Christmas elicits great joy and expectations for some and deep sadness and melancholy for others. In the midst of all these feelings is peace. Peace is often found in celebrations as we experience the sense of fulfillment and euphoria. The Lord wants us to embrace these feelings. “He is with us at all times”. Peace is also found in our deep sorrow as we “get through” the holidays. The dark cloud that can consume us during the holidays dissipates as we seek the Lord. Remember, “He is with us at all times”.

Lord, Father, Abba, as these holidays and a New Year awaits us, let us always embrace your love for us. How blessed are we to have this love always. You are our protector during both good times and bad, and your peace encapsulates our daily lives. As the Christmas season comes to a close and the New Year is upon us, remember “Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.” Luke 2:14. God is our deliverer each and every day of the year. May his peace be with us always.

Padre, al entrar en la temporada de luces y festividades, tengamos presente que la Paz está en el centro de todos nuestros corazones. La temporada navideña provoca gran alegría y expectativas para algunos y profunda tristeza y melancolía para otros. En medio de todos estos sentimientos hay paz. La paz a menudo se encuentra en las celebraciones cuando experimentamos una sensación de plenitud y euforia. El Señor quiere que aceptemos estos sentimientos. “Él está con nosotros en todo momento”. La paz también se encuentra en nuestro profundo dolor al “superar” las fiestas. La nube oscura que puede consumirnos durante las fiestas se disipa mientras buscamos al Señor. Recuerda: “Él está con nosotros en todo momento”.

Señor, Padre, Abba, mientras nos esperan estas fiestas y un Año Nuevo, abracemos siempre tu amor por nosotros. Qué bendecidos somos de tener este amor siempre. Eres nuestro protector tanto en los buenos como en los malos momentos, y tu paz encapsula nuestra vida diaria. A medida que la temporada navideña llega a su fin y el Año Nuevo está a la vuelta de la esquina, recuerde “Gloria a Dios en las alturas del cielo, y paz en la tierra a aquellos en quienes Dios se complace”.
