Our Daily Prayer for Wednesday - Pastor Caleb Rodriguez

Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert. 20 The beast of the field will honor Me, The jackals and the ostriches, Because I give waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My people, My chosen. 21 This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise.
— Isaiah 43:18-21 (NKJV)

Theme: "New Beginnings"

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the matchless name of Jesus, thanking You for bringing us into this "New" Year of 2021!!! While You were with us during 2020, many folks experienced various attacks, battles, COVID-19, unemployment, political uncertainty, eviction notices, loss of loved ones & other circumstances that may have caused their foundation to be shaken, and may have brought in doubt that caused them to question their faith.

But we're so thankful that You Oh God, are the God who forgives and You are the God of "New Beginnings!" You encourage us to put the past behind us, as You promise to do "a new thing." Your word gives us the certainty that "it shall spring forth" and You assure us that we will be able to "know it" and recognize it! "Renew" us Oh Lord!!! You are the God of truth, therefore it is impossible for you to lie...and while many things seem impossible for man, there is nothing impossible for You! For your word also reminds us that with God all things are possible for those who believe!

As we believe You for our "New Beginnings," we Your children will be faithful to give You all of the glory and we "shall declare Your praise!!! In Jesus' Name.

Amen.
