Today, I am reminded of "the love of God." A "love" that is genuine, a "love" that is unselfish and all about us. During this month it’s easy to think about our loved ones and our spouses, but let us not forget about our first "love." A "love" that first chose us. A God, who predestined us out of "love" with great purpose and destiny; doing all of this for us out of "love."
Let’s pray ~
Lord, today may we all choose "love." Today, we choose to put on "Gods love," His supreme standard of "love" for our neighbors, spouse, families and even our enemies. I believe the body of Christ is the strongest when we are clothed in "love." When our actions, thoughts and motives are out of "love" for each other. You see, "love" isn’t selfish, "love" looks out for the best in each other; "love" doesn’t give up, and "love" isn’t boastful or proud.
"Gods love" isn’t an emotion, "Gods love' is a force! It’s is a "love" that binds us together. It’s is a "love" that keeps us in his perfect harmony. "Gods love" is a force! "Gods love" for us is relentless!
